"I feel absolutely terrible for the staff that work there and actually care about their job. There management is absolutely terrible. The managers treat their employees like complete ****! The manager Eve is the most disrespectful, older woman I have ever came across in my life. She should truly be ashamed of herself. The attitude, profanity, and the unwillingness to provide stellar customer service is absurd. If they got their management under control, they would have the potential to be great! One of the most important things in a business is making sure you treat your employees with the same respect as you would want to be respected and also giving them a place where they can work and feel safe, trusted, and depended on. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO TEAMWORK at this location. They talk horrible about each other behind their backs IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. I feel the most upset for the owner of the Mcdonalds, if he cared about his business he would get an inside scoop of what is going on behind those walls and put a stop to that behavior. The people in there (not all) are just miserable, unkind, and the upmost disrespectful people I have ever came across in my life. I have even seen employees being so hurt and upset that they literately cry because their feelings are hurt. They need to start taking people into consideration and DO BETTER!! I am definitely praying for this location."

The drive thru is always long. I'm always getting wrong items. Staff are friendly and are willing to fix any issues. Food is usually hot and they always ask if im using the app.

Second day in a roll that I tried to order the breakfast, they sell breakfast from 6-10:30 o'clock, I ordered at 9 o'clock and they delay my order until 10:30 o'clock, so they don't have to make my order then they tell me they don't sell breakfast anymore. very unprofessional I had never had a problem with this place, but will not waste my time order from here in the future View menu

I ordered the fish fillet sandwich when it was on special for 2 for $5. Compared to the normal fish sandwich I had two weeks ago, this one was different. The $5 special sandwiches were smaller and had a different coating, no pickles, and no cheese. I asked for some salad to be added to each sandwich for an extra $1.60. I would recommend staying away from the specials as they are not a good deal. Overall, I would suggest avoiding McDonald's altogether.

Worst McDonald's to stop at. They mess the food up every single time you order. Half raw chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets literally had to be thrown in the air fryer at home to FINISH cooking them, ask for extra pickles 9 chances outta 10 you get NONE. Ordered a double cheeseburger one time with EXTRA pickles and EXTRA onions got a regular serving of each....if I was lucky. Tasted 110% different than Lehighton McDonald's...which is always on point with such a simple task. I'd give this place 0 Stars if it was possible.
