"the service is terrible. it was my first time there at the location fulton street on 10.26.22 I decided that I would buy food for the family as I was too tired from a long day at work. When I asked the cashier about the taste of the chicken sandwich that was issued by register, she told me to read the board. because it was not a logical answer, I asked if it was spicy, she repeated the same. I then told her it was my first time and I needed her help. she literally told me she wasn't ready to serve me and that someone from behind would have to do that. I then told her that it is best to spend my money elsewhere. the Uber supplier said that he agreed with my decision. He even shook his head when the cashier told me to go. it was 5:15 clock at the time of the interaction. I assume her name is natasha. my son who was with me, mom always asked why she was so rude. I used it as a lifetime for him and talked about respect, good customer service and the reason why some people do not offer quality service. wing stop my review is actually a zero."

"Hey guys honestly, in the past, this particular store has had a very bad rep. But there is a new sheriff in town! Their team is few but mighty. Here you will find a kindness, humility, and graciousness behind their service. 2 times I've come back and theyremembered my name. The food is well made and exceeds wingstops standard. The manager extended an amazing kindness towards mejust now, that took trust and an amazing heart ... which is why I am writing this just outside their door in my car. I'm tellingyou people, don't just give them a try ... write a review worthy of the service you will definetely receive. They deserve 5stars and honors from corporate ... not the two stars our community has left them with. The previous team left a bad taste inour mouth... but there is soooooo much more to enjoy here at wingstop now. Taste and see with your families brentwood. "I had never been here before and a friend recently told me that there was a chicken sandwich that is new on the menu. I decided to come in and try it. I got the meal with a drink and a side.. Decided to get the fried corn as a side. It was good. The only complaint I would have is that the temperature inside was about 55? so chilly for inside of a business. Other than that it was clean and great customer service! I'll definitely be back"

"I didn't expect the cheese fries to be covered in cheese whiz, but they were really good. The wings were awesome as well! I had the classic hot Buffalo wings and the Cajun rub wings and both were fantastic. The services I received at the restaurant was exceptional. Fast and friendly staff. I ordered my wings to go and as on my way in less than 15 minutes. I took off a star because of the price. I feel the wings at this restaurant are a little on the expensive side for how many you get. That being said, I would still highly recommend Wingstop."

"I must say that the previous experience was terrible. my wife and I went in today and I was absolutely impressed by the changes. the new employees are more professional than the previous ones. two young ladies were in register today and I feel like my wife and I were family. the atmosphere was calm and gentle music was heard without it being impossible to talk about our dinner. our food was very fast finished and everything was after ordering on the place. I was glad to see that the blue cheese was marked with bc on the lid and the ranch was not marked. that was a thoughtful touch that makes me a big difference because I don't like a blue one. I hope this will be a common practice. this place really turned around, as the right people are on the paylist. for the manager: I usually don't ask for names because it is too personal and seems rude. but the crew was extraordinary today. the young on the back have absolutely nailed it. a special thanks goes to bella and tiffany. my wife and I appreciate the personal note they put on, and please hold the labels on diving sauce. fantastic teamwork on sparta road all!"

"When I tried to cancel my order due to the long wait, the staff insisted that my food was almost ready and wouldn’t let me cancel. I reluctantly decided to wait an extra 5 minutes for my meal. Unfortunately, when I finally got it, the order was completely incorrect. I had ordered garlic parmesan wings and hot lemon pepper, but instead received wings with no seasoning and buffalo wings. I paid $16 for a 35-minute wait and the wrong order. While the staff were very nice, the long wait and incorrect food was unacceptable. I honestly feel that I deserve some form of compensation for this frustrating lunch experience."

"The ABSOLUTE WORST WINGSTOP LOCATION ON EARTH. I’m a FULTON ST LOYAL CUSTOMER ; eat agh thr Fulton Street location about 2-3 times a month ; consistent every time. This location needs to be shut down or called FRYSTOP because the fries where the best part of this waste of $30. Serving burnt fried chicken ; how do you burn a chicken thigh? over cooked wings. Chicken crumbles all over the chicken thighs you can no taste the Lemon Pepper. The grease taste like it hasn’t been changed all year. "Terrible service here.Every single time I walk in to order, they don’t say welcome or hello, the first thing out of their mouth is “the wait is over and hour do you still want to order or not”I once had the manager rip the bag out of my hand after I’d been sitting there for over an hour with my children as my food just sat on the rack in the bag getting cold. They never called my name and when I had asked after sitting there for 40 mins they had told me it wasn’t ready yet even though it was already on the rack to be given to me.The don’t let you order over the phone and then come in and pay with cash. You can only order and pay over the phone otherwise you’re still going to wait over an hour because they don’t put your order in the cue until you walk in and pay, so your wait time is the same regardless.To top it all off they got rid of the buns with butter on top. That was one of the favorite side we would always get!It’s so disappointing because Wingstop is a favorite of my family, the food is great usually but I just dread going in to get my food due to aweful staff and customer service."

"I arrived at the restaurant to find it completely empty because the staff was on their lunch break. This isn't the first time I've encountered this during my lunch hour! They're not usually closed at this time, so it seems strange. I drove all the way here for pizza, only to discover that there was no one available to serve me. Perhaps they should think about hiring enough staff to cover these hours?"

"I have never tasted anything as delicious as the fries and chicken tenders dipped in ranch at this restaurant. They are absolutely amazing. If I could, I would give Wing Stop a million stars. I highly recommend it, with a rating of 11/10. The chicken tenders from Wing Stop would make a perfect first meal for your baby, and even a perfect last meal. If you were to choose your last meal before receiving the death sentence, make sure it's the tenders. And don't forget the ranch dressing."

I don't expect workers to be delighted to see me but they all ignore you and/or look at you like you are crazy. The woman in the glasses full-on ignored me. I assume she's the manager because she is very abrasive and disrespectful and screams out your name when your order is ready but then looks at you crazy when you try to confirm it is yours. Don't expect to be able to pick up your food swiftly despite a designated pick up area because no one will assist you. "People here are RUDE when I order delivery it is ALWAYS cold I asked for extra spices or ranchs I never get them. I had to go there literally one day after my order has been delivered and they have made new because I was brought cold food that I asked for the extra spice on the side as they obviously did not put it on the wings and never do, and the woman grabs the seasonal and rudeyly walks over to do it on my food and pouring spicy about my hands, I asked her to train her. You blame it on the delivery driver when food is cold, but YALL STILL USE THEM, so you share some of the guilt as about you find out how to work with people you work with to ensure that your customer gets fresh food. Your online payment system is completely messed up her recording tells you how convenient it is to have the app or order online and if you try to add the payment and I literally have the same for over a year without problems til recently and I hear others say they had the same problem. How about finding out how to fix it or how to do it, where we can go on and add a card to our user profile without having to place an order and check out to add a payment method. And they need better menu options after all these years Your menu options are still basically the same and why are your wings so damn expensive it is not Swan? I really need a new wing spot that offers more for what you pay or at least gives you more opportunities!"

I ended up with the wrong taste of wings called when I realized what happened and when I was back up and under 5 minutes they had the right wings ready for me to go brilliant customer service and yes at today's age can They still give five stars, even if people screw up we're just human! And I'm sure my wings were switched over with someone else and their rating will be a star because they were crazy...life happens."
