Almost half of the menu items were either unavailable or took an excessively long time to prepare, and many of them tasted like frozen food. I would suggest going to a regular Pizza Hut and placing an order there instead.

I’ve been waiting for over an hour for my pizza, and it still hasn’t shown up. When I tried to call the restaurant, I was transferred to a call center. I’ve been on hold for more than 10 minutes now, and I still haven’t been able to talk to anyone.
