"The ABSOLUTE WORST WINGSTOP LOCATION ON EARTH. I’m a FULTON ST LOYAL CUSTOMER ; eat agh thr Fulton Street location about 2-3 times a month ; consistent every time. This location needs to be shut down or called FRYSTOP because the fries where the best part of this waste of $30. Serving burnt fried chicken ; how do you burn a chicken thigh? over cooked wings. Chicken crumbles all over the chicken thighs you can no taste the Lemon Pepper. The grease taste like it hasn’t been changed all year. PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE down before they give WingStop a bad name in BK. Social Media here we come #ShutUTICAwinstopDOWN #NEVERAGAIN my stomach hurts. 311 Complaint for food safety."

This place is horrendous. Delivery takes 2 hours and they consistently miss items. DO NOT GO! Slide to the local Chinese spot instead.

The sweet tea was great! The wings were good, lemon pepper and original hot. The fries could be better. I didnt care for the after taste and the large fries should be in a container to keep warm.

I didn't receive the sweet tea that I ordered. Instead, I was given a raspberry drink that wasn't very good. However, the Cajun seasoning on the fries really made a difference and improved them a lot. View menu

The food was really delicious, although it was a bit overloaded with lemon. It was still good, but I would recommend sharing it if you can't finish it all in one sitting. I would definitely order it again.

They said to wait 30m for some 20 pc wings. Now keep in mind that nobody else is in just us. We come back 30m later it is not ready. Asking us to wait another 20-30m just for 20 pieces of wings. Plus horrible customer serivce

I placed an order on 11/22/21 and more than half of my order was missing. This is not the first time that this location has done this. Out of my order that I paid $48 for I only received 15 chicken tenders. Never again. This is unacceptable! View menu

between the bad customer service or the lack there and the unlimited wings and the wrong order. I don't know what's bad. he waited 15 minutes for my order. the order was wrong, waited another 15 minutes for the correct order, just to get the wrong taste.

I will never order from this location again. The food wasn’t fresh and the fries were cold and stale. The bag wasn’t sealed. When I called the location the number didn’t work that definitely was a red flag. Just disgusting!!!!? Don’t order food from this location. I spent 70.00 not worth it. ?

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
