"First time eating here. We got 2 large Mike's Famous Phillys. Cost me over $30. I could only eat half of mine. I didn't like the taste. Way too salty. I think it might of been the american cheese. I usually get provolone on my steak n cheese. My son thought his sandwich was okay. I prefer Charlie's cheese steaks more. And I hate to say it, Subway also. Jersey Mike's cold cut subs looked good. Might try one of them next time."

"On September 17, 2022, around 8:25 PM, I had an extremely disappointing experience at Jersey Mike's. I ordered my favorite sub, the Big Kahuna. First, I had to turn back because my sub didn’t have any of the toppings I had requested. Then, when I got home, I found the bread was stale, and the chicken was hard, dry, and tasted old. I've never encountered this type of quality at Jersey Mike's before. The girl with dreadlocks who took my order was unfriendly and unhelpful—there was no greeting, nothing at all. She simply said, "We don’t have white [bread]" without any further explanation."

"Wow!!! These are definitely the best subs I've ever had! The restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere was friendly and laid-back. The tea was brewed perfectly, and manager Will, along with his staff, were so friendly and attentive that they truly enhanced our dining experience! "Wow! I can’t give this place enough praise! I ordered a Big Kahuna Cheese Steak sandwich on May 6th, and it was absolutely delicious. However, when I reordered the same sandwich on May 8th, it was quite disappointing, and that was due to it coming from the main street location in Greenville. I won’t be ordering from that location again. Thank you to the Augusta Road location for consistently providing excellent service and high-quality food. I will definitely keep coming back. "I visited for the first time today and was pleased to be greeted by a friendly African American gentleman. However, there was a young man with brown hair who took our order but then proceeded to make five subs before preparing ours. It would have been better if they had just said, "Please hold on for a moment," as it felt awkward waiting there. I felt like I was being impatient, but in reality, I was unsure of what to do. The staff spoke quietly, making it seem like I was supposed to understand their process already. Also, I found their prices to be a bit on the expensive side."

"I ordered two subs through the app, which indicated they would be ready in 30 minutes. While that seemed a bit excessive for a weekday afternoon at 3:30, I decided to wait. However, when I arrived 10 minutes after the promised time, at 3:44, my subs were still not ready. The restaurant was not busy—there was no line, just two other customers waiting, and four employees on duty. When I inquired about my order, the young woman at the register was very rude and simply stated that there is a quoted time for orders. I explained that my app had said my subs would be ready by 3:32, so I was just wondering if they could expedite my order."

"First visit to a jersey mikes. Very pleased with the food quality and overall appearance. Sandwiches were hearty and good flavor. Staff was nice and engaging.
