"We went threw the drive threw comunication was terrible! The lady had to get A coworker when I told her I had Coupon for .50 off the blizzard she asked me if something was wrong with the last blizzard that we would get a fryer one I told her 4xs it was a coupon. For .50 of. Then when I get to the window. They charged me double of what I paid for a dipped cone from last week. I was just trying to get clearification. Of what happen. And one of the employees. Told me Gas prices went up,food prices went up! He was very loud and crasp! Then he said we cant hold up the line, pay or get out! I just had pulled up. Then a big heavy red head screamed at the top of her lungs! For everyone to hear even inside of pick in save. Im not going to argue with you. Pay or get out!!!!! I asked g or head quarters number she said she was the owner.... Like WOW. Nut job For the owner! She should not own anything and it shows in her staff. They were extreamly out of line and unprofessinal. Especially for the store owner. Also last summer this Dairy queen messed up my blizzard order. And refused to stand by the policy that was that they advertise. Also the s I called owner screamed dont come back, and slammed the door in my face. I had a six yr old in my back seat that saw this. And I was suppriesd never expeariance such bad coustomer service! If head quarters allowed this kind of behavior to customers shame on you this Dq should be closed or find proper people to run the joint.I am one when I see positive I let a maneger know and suggest a raise. But I cant say anything like this. In the summer on Sundays Ive waited an hour in line. They couldn't take a second t I be paitent to answer a question or help me the mini blizzard was for a child. I though it was less exp then 3 dollars and change for a mini blizzard. This franchise seriously needs a new owner!"

"Any time I feel homesick, I just look for a Texas Stop Sign, in other words: a Dairy Queen. I 've been to this location a few times in the last 3yrs (before, during, and after shut down) and have not had a bad experience. The one time they were out of small cups during the shut down they gave us an instant upgrade which was nice. If I don 't feel like waiting (or are pressed for time), I order ahead on DoorDash. Once I did this while we were in line out in the street, and by the time we got to the window the order was ready not melted in the slightest (still couldn 't use the straw for my Blizzard), and we were on our way. This last visit made my heart hurt. It was a lovely night so the windows were open the whole time, the line was short so we decided to stop. The car in front of us kept changing their order and were very rude each time it was read back. I 'm glad we waited, because they even backed up to change it after they started to advance to the window. Finally, after changing the complete order again they moved up. We placed our order and started to the window. The woman in front of us had gone from rude to screaming because they gave her the last order given and had been read back, but I guess she forgot to add the very first item from the first order before she changed it MULTIPLE times. Once she left screaming about how she 'd never come back, we pulled up and the employee immediately apologized for the wait. We thanked them but explained we heard the whole exchange from the beginning and asked if we should call in to testify to the event. They thanked us but said it wasn 't necessary, she was probably just having a bad day. True, but she didn 't know what kind of day y 'all might have been having here at work, was my response. They apologized again gave us our order and change. Miraculously, even with the amount of time it took that woman to throw a tantrum, my spoon was still cemented in my Root Beer Float! The amount of patience, courtesy, and professionalism shown by the staff was commendable. Though, I 'm wondering if that will have to be the norm or maybe it always was (idk, I 've never worked in fast food), but it seems tensions are still high and people feel ridiculously entitled 2+ yrs into this pandemic. With all the name-calling and (I hope) empty threats, idk what I would have done: be rude in exchange or just started crying? One thing it did do was give you another Julius League, Blizzard Fan Club, regular customer."
