"I typically have a good experience at this restaurant, but the last time I visited, they forgot to put chili and cheese on my hot dog. I had to turn around and go back to get it fixed. They even asked to see my receipt to confirm that I had ordered chili and cheese. It took too long to get it fixed, but overall they usually provide good service. I would give it 4 stars. This was a take-out order."

This location can't seem to make a blizzard to save their lives. Half a dozen visits in the past few months and every time we get unmixed blizzards. Even went as far as to talk with the manager with so many newer employees. Ordered a basic cheeseburger and curds and there was one person in front of me. Took over 20 minutes. I complained about the delay and the fact that it smells like literal poop when you walk in the door. The shift manager told me it 's the sewer of DeMotte. If it were unavoidable then how do other restaurants manage it? Definitely not returning. Service: Take out
