"They got my order wrong too (but it was past my bedtime so it's not like I could tell). When I bit into the squishy yellow fries it just reminded me of my dead dog and then I broke down into uncontrollable sobbing. The supposedly spicy chicken sandwich I ordered wasn't spicy either, and I acquired an ant bite while sitting in my driveway to eat the thing. The people working didn't wear a mask so that made me scared that I'd catch the 49&rona. But the food I brought back for my grandmother made her happy, so I'm giving this 5 stars**I'm never eating here again though."

"I wanted to take a moment to share my experience after a tough day. On my way home, I decided to stop by Burger King, and I'm really glad I did. They got my order exactly right and even asked if I wanted any sauces at the first window. When I reached the second window, the staff member handed me my food with a cheerful smile and thanked me, wishing me a good night. That small gesture really brightened my day. It's easy to overlook the impact of friendly service, especially after a difficult day. I can't help but think how much worse my experience could have been if I had received the wrong order or dealt with rude staff. So, hats off to them for their outstanding customer service! It truly makes a difference. Just to note, this was at 8:28 PM on December 25, 2022."

"Personally absolutely love the store and so does my puppy, who is an ESA oftentimes in a stroller. I usually like the other trader Joe's I've been to however this particular one I really do like the the staff. They're all just very nice I guess it's the easiest way to put it. They are professional and personable, I'm kind of a picky eater The thing that I do like about the employees there is if you ask them about a certain product they give you their honest opinion if they've tried it and at the same time they'll ask a coworker sending beside in like what did you think of it So one of them might have liked it one of them might not have but they don't make stuff up just to have you buy something and that's something that I seriously appreciate!! They know their store and their products and they offer you as much help as you want or as little. I've never had a negative experience there as far as customer service in any way, In fact it's kind of funny the customer is actually or enjoyable in the store as well It's just kind of a fun place to go. Their products are always fresh I've never seen anything out of date or that looks nasty! One fun thing to note and which I highly recommend is their reusable AND washable replica of their normal paper bags they're awesome! I've got two of them and take them to other grocery stores, one of the best bags to use at least for me because the handles are just long enough to carry in the crook of your elbow which is one of the best features, as is the fact that they don't tip over when you set them down even though it doesn't have a hard bottom. I think it's one of the few reusable bags that I have actually seen men using as well!! I don't recall the exact price but I know they're definitely under $5 each."

"I recently visited Burger King and had a disappointing experience. We waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru with only one car ahead of us, and it was frustrating to see seven employees standing around doing nothing. Their service was incredibly slow and they struggled to understand our requests. We were surprised that our order was accurate, although the fries were only half full. In my previous five visits, they have consistently messed up our orders, and it seems like having a simple menu should make things easier. Overall, I'm shocked by the incompetence at this location."

"I stopped by to try the new Impossible Burger, and it was fantastic—I absolutely loved the flavor! However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. There was trash in the parking lot as well as inside the establishment. When I visited previously, everything was spotless, so I hope they can address this issue quickly. In 2018, I experienced great customer service and found the dining area and restrooms to be very clean upon my arrival. I do wish there were more grilled sandwich options on the menu. I have to say that Burger King really sets a high standard for cleanliness and modernity."

"If this is the store at Golf Course Ellison in Albuquerque; it's awful. They care more about speed than a correct order!!!!!!!! Didn't give me what I ordered when I drove back thru to get it corrected; due to medical reasons I can't have seeds asked for 2 bottoms, which freaked the drive thru attendant totally out! They finally gave me the corporate office's ,but then refused to serve me. I'm 73yrs, am hypoglycemic by the time I got home it was between 3:30- 4pm! But at least I got another turkey cheese sandwich at home. No treat for me that day! So disappointing to have reverse prejudice alive well at Burger King I've lived here a long time it's just getting worse worse lately."

"Went to buy dinner. I bought the 2 combos for $12. Got to save during inflation ????. I bought 2 Whoppers with cheese with 2 fries and 2 sodas. The burgers are still big unlike other fast food joints that I've done reviews for. The quality didn't godown but the price did go up a little. Food was delicious. "I had the worst service here. After ordering food over the phone, I went to pick up, and someone picked up my food. I asked the manager, but at first, someone said that he couldn't give me my food because he had picked it up, but when I said it was nonsense, only then did the manager try to give you food. "The Whopper I ordered from Burger King was incredibly disappointing. The burger patty was charred on the outside and raw in the center, while the lettuce was brown and wilted, and the tomato was mushy. The mayonnaise tasted like it was past its expiration date, and the bun was stale and falling apart. The fries were cold and seemed like they had been left out for hours, and the soda was diluted. To add to the unpleasant experience, the restaurant was dirty, and the staff appeared indifferent to the poor quality of the food. "My mom and I stopped in to get lunch, firstly the cashier didn?t ask us if we were dining in or to go. Whatever, no biggie. We?re standing to the side waiting for our food and another person is as well, when an employee comes over and asks the personif they ordered what our order was. They said no and my mom put her hand up, the employee looked over at her and continued toask him if he?d ordered that. He said no and she walked away with the bag and then walked back and asked us if it was ours. Mymom said yes, and she tossed it on the counter at us, with nothing else said. I chalked it up to her having a rough shift anddecided just just leave it alone. The last straw was when my mom asked for cups for water and we were told we had to pay for thecups. To get water. Seriously??? They wouldn?t even fill them at the drive thru window to make sure we were just getting water,no. We had to pay for the cups. At that point, we had enough and just left without paying for water cups. Absolutely ridiculous."

"They can't get workers so the dining room is hardly ever open. HOWEVER, what kind of employees do they have anyhow? I was finally able to find that the dining room was open and placed an order to go. Immediately after leaving the restaurant with a to go order, I checked it. I am now the owner of two sandwiches with sparcly sprinkled BROWN LETTUCE!! What a dump! It wasn't even busy! DO NOT GO THERE! Unless of course you enjoy checking your food for quality and safety before eating it everything. This place needs to be shut down! "We've only been to this location a few times because they have so many issues, cold and/or old food, order is always wrong, bad customer service, long wait times, etc. We only go to this location when we absolutely have to, but not anymore, I'd rather go out of my to another location or even go into Walmart and get ready made food. The last time we went we were there for almost 40 minutes and I had use the app to place my order. We only saw 2 employees through the window and they didn't even look like employees, no uniforms, one employee was wearing a tank top and jeans pulled down so far that his underwear wear out. I don't care what people wear, but if your working that is very inappropriate. Just don't go to this restaurant. The reviews here are right either fix or shut it down."

"The tipping point for me was when I saw this employee use those SAME OLD GLOVES to place a RAW burger on the grill. Even though it has been over 10 years since I worked at BK, I am confident that these rules and protocols are still in place, especially during a pandemic. When handling any meat, BK employees are supposed to use blue tongs for raw meat and red tongs for cooked meat to prevent cross-contamination, which this employee clearly ignored. To top it off, he was wearing his mask under his nose—what's going on there? Although my food was prepared correctly, the mistakes I witnessed left me feeling uneasy. I requested that someone else handle my meal instead. The manager apologized and arranged for a different employee to make my food."
