"When we arrived at Jerry's Cafe, it was very busy, but we were seated quickly. However, after sitting down, we felt somewhat overlooked as we stood out from the crowd. It took about 20 minutes before anyone attended to us, and during that time, we didn’t receive water, utensils, or any assistance. We waited patiently, hoping they were just busy, but there was no customer service to reassure us. What was particularly frustrating was seeing a family of six arrive after us and be served immediately. Eventually, we had to flag down a staff member to get a waitress. When our food finally arrived, it was cold and carelessly plated. It was clear the staff were giving preferential treatment to certain customers, which was disappointing. In a busy restaurant like this, everyone should be treated as a priority, but that wasn’t our experience. Jerry's Cafe could improve by greeting guests warmly, ensuring servers are attentive, keeping food hot when it reaches the table, and treating all customers with kindness and respect. After all, we all come here to eat and support the establishment."
