"I had ordered an appetizer of wings, but they were completely unseasoned, despite being ordered as buffalo and sweet chili. The fried pickles were decent, but my steak, which I asked for rare, arrived well done. The side salad featured completely wilted, brown lettuce, and the croutons were just crumbs. Despite being visibly neglected, our waitress never returned to check on us. The owner or managers walked by several times, only to glance at our table and then look down at the floor as they kept walking. I had to ask other waitstaff twice just to get a drink refill.
This was my first and last visit. Having dined in restaurants daily for over 40 years, I can confidently say this was the worst dining experience I have ever had. Food: 2, Service: 0, Atmosphere: 1."
