"Jack’s offers solid southern comfort food with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I tried the chicken sandwich, and it was crispy and flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning. The chicken tenders were tender and perfectly cooked, and the fries were crispy and well-seasoned, making for a satisfying meal. The standout for me was the chocolate milkshake—rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet, it was the perfect way to finish the meal. The drink was refreshing and came in a generous portion, too. The service was friendly, and the portions were generous for the price. The only thing I’d change is that I wish the fries had been a bit hotter when served. Overall, a great spot for anyone craving southern comfort food, and I’ll definitely be back for more!"

Genuinely don’t waste your time coming here. Drive thru turnover time is SLOW and you will wait for your order to be wrong tell you that they’re out of sweet tea. They ain’t out of sweet tea, just too lazy to make more. Sad bc this used to be my favorite jacks it’s really gone downhill: View menu

Nope! Absolutely not I will not spend any money here even though I'm very hungry. I parked my semi truck in the semi truck parking lot along with six other semi trucks. They look like they're getting ready to spend the night. But there's a big ugly sign here that says no truck parking you will be towed at owner's expense blah blah blah. The other drivers are ignoring the sign but I decided to go in and check with the manager just to make sure before I order food. No. He says they do not allow overnight truck parking. Thanks for nothing. I don't recommend.

Very quick and accurate ordering, served with kindness. We were actually greeted with kindness every contact, which somehow has become a rare treat. Their drive thru was busy, we were problem 9 or so cars in line, but the line still moved and friendly service was still provided. We had a larger order and still received our order at the window without an extra wait, AND THE ORDER IS 100% COMPLETELY ACCURATE! It was absolutely worth the wait. The food was all fresh and super hot! All around, it was a great experience, I will drive the extra miles for the great food and service!
