"Wasn't a Burger King for over 10 years. I'll drive in and ask for a big cup of water. I don't expect everything to be free. Then give me a 9 ounce cup instead of a large cup of water. You have to pay for the big cup. I asked for a big cup of water so that you would imagine that they would let me know the cost of what I asked. Instead, they assume that Im is broken and needs free water. I'm asking for the price and she has to get the manager to find out. I hear the manager says he's responsible for a big soda. Wanting to charge a full drink price for a cup of water is silly. Not knowing the price is silly and giving me something I didn't ask was silly. I ran away before the lady got back in the window. They charge a dollar for a 32 ounce cup of water. But they gave it to me for free because they thought Burger King was silly."

"If you are ordering via food app, DO NOT order from this burger king. I was working a delivery app had a pickup order here for a customer. The worker gave me the food and wanted me to fill the drinks for the customers order. (The soda machine was about 5 feet from counter) I explained to him that I am not licensed to handle food and that he needed to do it as it was part of his job as a food service worker and burger king employee. He really tried to argue with me, telling me it 's my job and all the drivers fill drinks for the orders they pick up . I proceeded to nicely tell him about his self again and he filled up the drinks a minute later. I also told him and the other workers there that allowing drivers to fill drinks is disgusting, unsanitary and AGAIN not their job. Their job is to pick up prepared, sealed food and deliver it to a customer, period. I 've seen people coughing sneezing without co eringg their mouths, pumping gas, leaving bathrooms way too quickly to have washed their hands. And the workers don 't care. So again just a word of caution, don 't order from here at least not the drinks but I wouldn 't period."

"Went to the drive thru and ordered our food. We were traveling so we were able to eat right away. The burger had been sitting for awhile. It was dry and they didn't microwave it very long since it was barely warm. The onion rings were good and the fries were fresh and hot. Quality food must be a thing of the past."

"I've been there a few times and can say that it needs an improvement or better supervision. Last time I sent a formal complaint when the staff left, except the grill and the interior was a mess. This time the beverage machine no longer smells, so I believe that my last formal answer was at least heard. You had some kind of meeting in the dining room with the managers. I was looking for a place and every single table was dirty, so I asked my wife if she would rather get things to go. The people in the meeting must have heard me when one of them went to clean tables. The restaurant was not so busy, not sure why the other employees hadn't risen. This place is not bad because the food was good. It only takes an improvement in the personnel initiative when it comes to additional tasks, as the staff is friendly, only needs additional training on cleaning procedures and how to use downtime."

I went to get a regular order mix and match, a fry paid got home I added extra lettuce and tomatoes because they never give you any. got home and didn't have any anyway after I paid for them tookthe sandwiches back? No problem Right¿ Wrong!! store manager same mgr on duty at 310pm indicated somehow that even though Ipresented her with the Burger King transaction receipt , cashier confirmed order. But because I was missing my little foodreceipt that I somehow stole the food , or must have bought it at another Burger King and -or wanted to Swindle her out of EBTfood. For 1 minute and even though it was warm still to the touch on some level ! Really! She got on the phone to see if shecould refund complaining about my green an white missing receipt in Spanish like everyone don't know some Spanish Dah! Eventhough I'm wearing the leg circulation is on my leg after just having surgery 3 days ago k, I had to walk to the end of theparking lot to my car to check for the receipt again because without that receipt she would not process my refund!!!¡ Do noteat at Store# 2223 also because I'm a woman of my word here's your copy of that receipt I said I would post Your mgr sooowelcome ????????also before all the distraction I was going to tell you that half your new tables in the lobby were Dirty andthere was more enough time for someone to go out there and wipe them down!!"

"This has been the worst experience I've ever had with Burger King. I'm a new and past customer of McDonald's here and the truth is this store is totally horrible. Staff, I ordered the cheeseburger with bacon. Where's my bacon? no bacon you have to pay for dip, after taking my order i asked for BBQ sauce, Ranch Honey Mustard and was told each sauce is 50 cents ?????? In which Burger King do they charge sauce and for going to the bathroom? The truth is, I was quite disappointed. "This was the worst Burger King experience I've ever had by far. The person taking my order seemed overwhelmed and had difficulty understanding my request. There was no welcome or reception when I arrived, making me uncertain about my order. I paid $37 for a Whopper with cheese meal, Stacker King meal, Whopper Jr with cheese meal, a Hepper Jr sandwich, and 2 cookies. However, what I received was incorrect - the cheese was missing and the meat was cold. The Stacker meal had cold meat between two buns, and everything was colder than my drink. I did not receive the cookies I ordered, nor did I get a Junior Whopper with cheese. Instead of the Hepper Jr sandwich, I received a crispy chicken sandwich. The poor quality of food and lack of attention to detail has made me decide not to return to this location, now for the second time in weeks. I recommend going to the other Burger King on the main road, as they have better quality."

"The service i received from entering the establishment was very courteous and professional. It's rare to have workers at fast food joints who actually like their job enough to be so positive. "where is the bark? some people may not remember that I said, but I am old enough to remember that I thought at burger king how bad it could be? well, it may be bad, first the price on the menu is not the price they will pay them perhaps at the end pay another price for the little ones. I bought a number one and on the thing out there in the drive-thru I swear it is $9 and some cent, but then they charge $10.39 my whole meal cost me $11.29 I thought that would be better a very good meal because the price of it gosh I could that at red robin for this price. So I'll take it home, I'll pull it out of the bag and find out that the French fries aren't even cooked completely. I look at the burger and I said where the bark is because you can't tell me this is a whopper patty. it was so small that you would have made a junior whopper out of him. they put extra tomato on it, maybe they thought I had no tomato. I'll give him a star because the dame in the window was really nice, except to forget to give me my drink."

"Even though this isn't the closest BK to me, it's worth it to us to go a bit further for the great customer service at this location. Angel, the Manager, and his staff are friendly, helpful, and accurate. Angel always makes a point of greeting us personally, which I appreciate. He seems genuinely glad to have us as guests. In these days of impersonal and indifferent service, his attitude is quite welcome. We visit BK more often than we would otherwise just because we know we'll get great service here."

"I had probably had the worst experience with this burger king I?ve ever had. I pull into the drive through and place my order and the lady taking the order is outrageously laughing as we are taking our order for two 2 cheeseburger meals with waters in abottle. The lady taking my order begins asking me if I want mayo instead of avocado spread on my order. There for one shouldn?tbe any avocado spread on two cheeseburgers. So I had repeated my order again and she said she fixed it. We began to pull up tothe window and the lady hands me two water bottles and says have a nice day. So I began to ask where my cheese burgers are andseemingly they forgot to place my meal on the order. So they placed my meal on the order and when I received my order and droveaway I checked and I received 2 large fries and 2 cheese burgers there should have been 4 cheese burgers and 2 friend with twowaters. Any thing we can do to fix this. I for sure won?t be returning to that Burger King again."

"On July 20 at 4:30 PM, I don’t want to come across as overly demanding, but the service I encountered at the drive-thru was quite disappointing. When I arrived at the window, the employee was on her cell phone, speaking very loudly and in a seemingly personal conversation, which was quite distracting. This marks the fourth or fifth time I’ve visited this location and received an incorrect order, whether it was missing items or sauces. "At one time this was an enjoyable place to grab a whopper! Unfortunately, no longer around 3 PM stood in front counter inside restaurant to dine-in and the manager who was running the drive-thru ignored me for over 10 minutes. Not even a smile or say hello and I’ll be with you as soon as I can, poor customer service. I ordered my food and the onion rings have been sitting in the tray for over 20 minutes that I was waiting at the front counter and waiting to receive my food were very old and cold and obviously have been sitting for a while and I requested new onion rings after I got to my table and tried to eat them. The female manager was very rude and said they were not going to cook a fresh batch of onion rings because they were short of employees which did not make any sense because they’re cooking french fries every few minutes for customers going to the drive-thru. I ate too greasy onion rings cold at that and was stuck with the product which was unacceptable for anybody to eat. The female manager was unprofessional rude, and should not even be in a Manager position. I will not be back to this BK location ever again I find it Unprofessional, disgusting and unclean!!"

"!!A CAUTION TO EVERYONE. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!! I ordered my food via delivery service app and I realized that I was eating mold. Both french fries and onion rings had molds on it (as you can see from the photos). Disgusting! I called the store but no one answered. Therefore, I immediately requested for a refund through my delivery service app and showed them pictures so they can address this problem with Burger King. But this isn't just an issue with getting my money back. This is some serious safety and health issue. Molds on food can cause allergic reactions and respiratory problems in susceptible people. I suffered from vomitting and diarrhea!!!!! I will be reporting this location to Department of Health. I won't be eating at Burger King again or any other fast-food restaurant after this incident. I'm feeling sick to my stomach just thinking about it again."
