"Chuy's has always been a top choice for fun Tex-Mex dining for us since they first opened. However, since reopening for dine-in during the pandemic, we have noticed a decline in the overall dining experience. The menu has been significantly reduced, with the elimination of charro beans and our favorite table salsa. Additionally, simple things like missing salt shakers on the table and providing packets of salt on request have made us less eager to return. The challenges of labor shortages and reduced traffic due to the pandemic are surely difficult, but these choices have affected our satisfaction. During our recent lunch visit, the music was uncomfortably loud. We still dine at Chuy's, but less frequently, and we miss the old Chuy's experience."

"oh yes! here is the bomb! Now, for this particular location, note that the parking is tight. And when I say you, I mean to drive in new york city. but if they face this challenge, the restaurant is embedded among some of the most spiritual and hip shops in the city. let's talk about eating. if they are a Tex Mexican fan, it will definitely not disappoint. it comes from pipping hot, and the spicing is perfect. I suggest the huh chimichumga with a dripping hot cheese. oh my god, it's absolutely amazing! this is definitiw a must stop at place if they have never visited before, or a good place to try different food types."

"I have been frequenting this restaurant for several years and I have always been impressed by the excellent staff, delicious food, and decent drinks. It is a chain restaurant, so the menus are similar across locations. However, it is reassuring to know that no matter which location I visit, whether it be in Frisco, Plano, or another city, the quality of the food and drinks remains consistent."

"This place is amazing. Love the atmosphere although it can be a little loud sometimes still a fun place to meet friends or to bring the family. Make sure you try to Mexican Tini and the house Rita. They are really good. Creamy jalapeño and chips is a must. I have been coming here for years and still love it more and more every time. My favorite is the Chicken flautas, the enchiladas are also good. Watch out for the taco enchilada combo because a lot of the times the beans will be underneath the taco, making it a little soggy. When you’re done with dinner make sure you try the tres leches. Carmel with strawberries is a must. Looking for happy hour it’s weekdays 3p-6p"

"I absolutely love the burritos at this place! I usually go for the bean burrito while the rest of my family enjoys the beef ones. The portions are generous and the prices are quite reasonable. The food is also packaged really well, keeping it hot long after it arrives. My only complaint is about the queso; it feels a bit overpriced for such a small serving. But honestly, that’s not a strong enough reason to stop coming back. It's still definitely worth it!"

"This Tex-Mex chain restaurant has locations all over the country and offers affordable prices. A popular menu item is the Steak Burrito topped with Hatch Green Chili Salsa. In the past, this burrito was served with Cilantro Lime Rice, which helped cool down the heat, but unfortunately, it has been removed from the menu. The chips are light and crispy, and the salsa tastes fresh. The fajitas are tasty, especially when paired with charro or black beans."

"absolutely horrible service. I had called 3 weeks before the time that we came a party of about 20 on May 21 when a going away for a friend came together. we didn't need a party room, just a territory we could all sit together and eat. the manager told me that I heard by e-mail dfw [email protected], which I heard on May 11th and again on May 16th, and never again from anyone. I then called on May 21 at 2 a.m. and asked if it was still in order that we would come at 17.30 a.m., as I never heard of the catering department again and was told that it was good. I spoke to the manager who was absolutely useless and had no interest in helping us. When I told her what happened to the catering department, she said she'd look at it. When I told her I called on May 11 and spoke to the manager about our party size, she denied talking to me. but she is the only female manager! it was just a month now, no one called or reacted. I don't know where you are. they do not care about their customers at all and their management does not take responsibility for their complete ineptitude."

"Worst experience I 've ever had at a restaurant, I ordered the Chicken Deluxe enchilada and was not warned on how disgusting the food was going to be. I complained to our waiter after about how awful the food was after 2 bites, (I made the whole table try the sauce on the enchilada, everyone agreed it was horrendous) our waiter Demarcus then says Oh, I thought you would 've known. I would 've warned you if I knew you haven 't been here. The meal was still kept on the bill even though it was basically inedible. Currently writing this from the restroom from how badly it has settled in my stomach. Never coming here again after the horrible service and food."

"My experience at Chuy's Tex-Mexican in Miramar was a delightful culinary journey. The beef and chicken fajitas were bursting with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. "I just have to say that Orlando, a server at this restaurant, is truly outstanding. Every time I visit with a large group or a small group, he provides VIP treatment. He is incredibly humble, fast, polite, knowledgeable about the menu, and just an all around awesome person. Thank you Orlando, I wish you all the best in life. "11/30/22 This was my second time at Chuy 's, and it was INCREDIBLE! Our waiter, Jason, was ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH: Sharp, attentive, friendly, and prompt (without hovering . While my friend ordered the nachos, I went for a chicken and beef fajitacombo. While we awaited our meal, we settled into freshly made tortilla chips and was treated to some of the best salsas I 'veEVER had. The salsa verde reminded me of the exquisite flavors I had enjoyed many years ago in Guadalajara, San Luis Potosi,Celaya, and Mexico City: fresh, crisp flavors with just enough spicy heat to make it interesting without being unpleasant. Thenthere was the Jalapeño Ranch OMG! Words fail me to describe how incredible it was. When the meal came, both my friend and Icommented on the sizable portions and, indeed, I ended up getting quite full and STILL took over half of it home! The meats weredone to perfection, the fajita toppings were fresh and delicious, and the entire meal was such a wonderful experience. Thefacility itself was VERY clean, the decor nice (1950 's cafe stye , the music at low wnough to be enjoyed without makingconversation difficult The prices at Chuy 's were VERY respectable, especially given the size of the portions. The service wastop notch, and the manager Jason (the OTHER Jason! was friendly, respectful, and very pleased to hear the positivefeedback. VERDICT: OUTSTADING! *HIGHLY* RECOMMENDED. "Great Tex-Mex food. Seasoned well and the portions are huge. Can definitely share a plate if you are watching how much you consume. Food came out really fast and it was all hot for a table of 10. "This was probably the most mediocre Mexican place I have ever eaten at. The food was ok, I would rank it above Taco Bell. The restaurant is deceptively situated in an upscale area of shops and businesses. Its kinda hidden away in the corner of the Mall/Shops area. There may be a reason for this. In this nice area you step into a place that looks beat up, and has no rhyme or reason for the decor. The table and chairs look like they were brought in second hand from a fifties diner. One chair I was next to had the back nearly falling off. So much for the environment. I ordered the Chuychanga with refried beans and rice. The portion was descent but the flavor was bland. They also make a todo about the sauces the meals come with, I did not get any sauce, an oversight I'm sure. I was eating in the bar area so good service on a Thursday afternoon about 3pm should have been a no brainer, but I sat my empty glass of tea on the edge where it could be obvious I needed a refill. The server passed by 6 times before stopping to ask if I needed a refill. Despite all the negatives I experienced, the chips were hot and fresh, and the salsa was great. The Chips and Salsa saved this experience from being equal to Taco Bell at 1 stars across the board. I would not recommend to anyone I know to go to this restaurant. P.S. This was my experience and it was not influenced by other reviewers opinions"

"Chuy's is a casual dining spot, not fine dining, but the quality and flavor of the food definitely deserve five stars in its category. Be sure to try the creamy jalapeño dip—it’s their signature dish. In the photo, the chicken flautas are closest, with the Elvis Presley Memorial Combo on the other side. The portions are very satisfying. From left to right, the sauces are: guacamole, salsa (served free with chips every visit), creamy jalapeño, chipotle sauce (similar to mild taco sauce), and Chicka Chicka Boom Boom sauce (spicy but delicious)."

"If I could give this location 0 stars I would!!! Honestly this place is not what it used to be I 've been coming here for a while and the only thing good about this place is the drinks. service is AWFUL, it like everyone there hates their job. From the greeter, to the serves and even the togo waitresses. very rude and no customer service at all. for first bad experience was when I ordered via door dash because I was pregnant and didn 't feel like going over to pick up my order. at first I thought it was a door dash error but quickly found out it was not. My food was cold, order was wrong when I called to get it corrected was told there was nothing they could do. fast forward to present day, I ordered to go and seemingly nothing has changed. upon walking into the establishment with my now 2 year old child, I was not greeted by the old lady working the door. when I told her I was there for a togo order she says yeah over there and cuts her eyes to the left. (I may have noticed the togo counter if I wasn 't trying to make sure my two year old didn 't get away from me).. continuing on to the togo counter I was starred at by a young lady until I told her what my name was, no greeting a very uncomfortable experience. after I told her my name she handed me my bag (still complete silence) and I gave her my card. she placed my card back on the counter (not in my hand) and walked away. I didn 't ask for my condiments such as sour cream etc because I wasn 't given a chance and honestly wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. don 't go here guys. you get what you pay for and this honestly isn 't IT!"

I have the bark burrito with deluxe sauce... super. beautiful outdoor terrace also for eating in free. was a challenge to manoeuvre my rollator through the escaping when people were sitting, but I said kindly, apologise to me and they shot me. I wish all restaurants had either automatic doors or push button. parking: several handicap sites near the doorstep."
