"Next, we tried the Amarillo de Pollo con Verduras (Yellow Mole with Chicken Breast) (5/5). This was my first experience with yellow mole, and it did not disappoint! The mole had a delightful kick; it was hearty and satisfying. The generous portion of chicken breast, along with tasty potatoes, carrots, and green beans made for a comforting meal. And of course, another tortilla on the side!
For sharing, we ordered three memelas sabores oaxaqueños (4/5), which were a large dish perfect for dipping into the mole. It was so thoughtful of them to bring us extra chips with different moles to try!
Service (5/5): The waitstaff were incredibly generous and quick with our orders.
Atmosphere (3/5): It was a low-key spot, but the music was a bit loud, making it hard to have a conversation. We found street parking right in front of the restaurant, which was very convenient.
