"This used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but our experience tonight was extremely disappointing. The food was mediocre at best (undercooked rice and vegetables, and overcooked meat). The service was lacking, as we only saw our waitress once and our drinks were never refilled. One of our group's orders was never brought out. To make matters worse, they now add an 18% gratuity for parties of 5 or more, without any prior notice. Although the restaurant seemed adequately staffed, the workers were standing around outside instead of attending to customers. We were there to celebrate a birthday, but my son left feeling extremely disappointed by the overall experience."
