"I ordered an online pickup, and when I arrived, there was no one at the drive-thru, but there was a customer at the counter inside who had already ordered and paid. I stood there for a few minutes, completely unnoticed, while two young women chatted and flirted with the male customer. Once I got their attention, it seemed like I was interrupting their personal time. One of them checked with the cook, who had no idea about my online order. The young lady handed me a cup, which she had touched with her hands. I took my soda, but the counter was covered in dried, sticky soda and scattered napkins and lids. When the young lady finally called my name, I turned around, and she slammed my order bag down on the counter and walked away. I said thank you, but she only glanced back at me briefly. Once I got to my car, I realized my order was incomplete. That was my first experience at Zaxby’s, and it will probably be my last. There’s a Chick-fil-A down the road with much better service."
