Zaxby's - Menu

My first experience at the restaurant was quite frustrating. When we arrived, the lobby was open, but just five minutes later, we found a man standing at the locked door. It gave off a sense of disorganization. I suggest ensuring that everything is prepared and well-coordinated for customers on their initial visit!

We pulled up at 10:13PM and asked for a 20 piece family pack. We had been in line since 9:44PM before we got the order speaker. We were told that they didn?t have enough tenders to accommodate our order yet there were at least 8 cars behind us. When we asked how many we could order, they changed their mind and let us order. The customer service was disappointing. We are at the pick-up window now, and it?s 10:26PM

It's Zaxby's, so what can you really expect? I gave it a two-star rating because the wait was out of control. The food was good, as usual, but I only used the drive-thru. The line wrapped all the way around the building, making it hard to get in or out. I think it was Sunday when I visited. Even the customers who went inside got stuck waiting due to the heavy drive-thru traffic. I believe the main issue is the design of that location. View menu

I really wish this restaurant would fill the hot honey mustard containers like other places do. I always order this dressing with my salad, but I frequently find myself needing to buy extra because these containers are usually only half full, which I find puzzling. It only takes a few seconds to refill them. I never encountered this issue when I was at a location on Atlanta Road in Smyrna. I truly hope they can fix this problem once and for all.

We ordered the honey mustard wings, and they certainly weren't worth the $35.99 plus tax for the three of us. Zaxby's is quite overrated. We hadn't been there in years because we believed their prices didn't align with the portion sizes. Even a few years back, the food was much better. I'm really disappointed and have no plans to return—ever! It seems like nearly all fast food restaurants have increased their prices while the quality has gone down. That meal was truly disappointing.

This experience was very bad, the line was out into the intersection. The service was not good. I was very clear with my order, yet I was still missing an item. The line was extremely long for me to get back into to ask for my missed ordered item. I will try my best to not come back to this location.. I do understand due to the time on a Sunday things are as it is. But please try to repeat the order before ending the transaction. Thank you. Terrible customer service. Very long line 20mins before 10pm closing and tried to refuse me service at 9:59pm and claimed they were closed after I waited in line so long. It gets worse. They took the order of the car behind me at 10:03pm. Thank goodness I stayed in line to speak with a manager. Also, they hung up the phone on me 2x. Those teens are going to run that Zaxby's into the ground. I will not be going back to that location and I would suggest to my friends and family to avoid this franchise as well.

My husband has been to this Zaxby multiple times to pick up salads for me. He always asks for them to be made fresh and consistently informs the staff about my allergies to cucumbers and tomatoes. Despite this, I've often received salads that are not fresh or have cucumbers and tomatoes in them. It feels like they just take whatever ingredients are available. They really need to change their gloves and prepare my salad from scratch. I shouldn't have to worry about an allergic reaction every time I order a salad.

This review is only about the Manager's behavior. I was in the drive-thru at 2:10pm today (Nov 9). I asked for assistance with the app bc the sign outside said free Zax snack when you download the app. I had the app for weeks before this so I was askinghow do I get the free Zax snack. The employee was trying his best to help me with the app, but his manager began to get angryand started yelling at the employee for taking longer than 4 mins per car. He was very loud so I'm sure people inside could hearas well. I apologized for the hold up to the drive thru employee, it was not his fault!
