Although the food was good it could have been better and hotter. If I have to wait for food it should at least be hot when it is brought to the truck.

I paid $20 for two meals and received tiny chicken strips and cold fries. For the price, I expected larger portions. The drink I ordered was mostly ice. Overall, it was a waste of money. View menu

I typically enjoy Zaxby's, but this particular location was terrible! I placed my order, confirmed it, and still received the wrong items. When I realized the mistake, I had to go back to Bentonville.

I will only visit this restaurant if the price for a salad is not over $20. Additionally, during my time working here, I experienced the manager staring at me while I was in the bathroom, which has a stained glass door.

Ordered 20pcs boneless wings. The to go box inside was melted cause of the oil on the chicken. Couldnt even put parchment paper or even a napkin on the box. Id rather get a 20pc nuggets at McDonald's rather than go back to that View menu

The food was good, but the drive thru service was awful. It wasn't even lunch rush and they had us pull foward to wait for food and 4 cars behind us all had to park and wait for food. All we ordered was 3 chicken tenders combos. We waited probably 15 minutes for our drive thru

I was very impressed with this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and efficient, and they even remembered to include the sauce I asked for. This might be the only Zaxby's location that still cares about customer service - I've been disappointed by the other 20 I've visited.
