"We always were happy with the service and subs at this location. Haven?t been in a while before little over a week ago, service was short, facility was dirty and sandwiches were cold. As this is not the norm, we went today again hoping for a better outcome. Service just as bad, no greeting, very short taking your order, almost rude calling your name placing the food on the counter and keep chatting to their coworkers like you are not welcome. We even were the only ones there. No enjoy or have a great day nothing. And to top it off, cold sandwiches again. Simply too expensive to receive bad service and cold food. Wont be back to this location."

"The subs here are absolutely delicious! The bread is warm, the meats and cheese taste incredibly fresh, and they add just the right amount of condiments to the sandwiches. They are truly crafted to perfection. On top of that, the restaurant area is always spotless. I definitely prefer Firehouse over Subway, Jimmy John's, and other popular chains. Highly recommended!"

"I don't eat here because I am not someone who likes subs or sandwiches at all. But my family eats here a lot and loves it. I got some food from a nearby restaurant and then took it to go so that the rest of my family could eat here and everyone could have food they liked. My family LOVES the food here. I'm sure it's good if you like subs. But I'm reviewing this place because the staff was SO friendly, attentive, and professional that it really made me take notice. It felt like a fine dining experience at a fairly fast-food-type restaurant. It wasn't like any other lunch place I've been to. The restaurant itself was SPOTLESS. They do an AMAZING job of cleaning it and it is such a refreshing place to be with some incredible interior design too. I really appreciate their support of our brave first responders and of America. So here's 5 stars from someone who didn't even eat your food but was so impressed by the service and atmosphere that they had to let you know how well you did. :"

"This entire experience was a disaster. I placed my $40 order for 2 sub combos, for 1:50 and arrived right then. When i arrived I was not greeted or spoken to at all, the employees were just talking behind the counter. I proceeded to wait 10 minutes *after my pickup time* only to receive 2 very poorly made sandwiches. The first had the wrong cheese, the bread was hard and overcooked, and had half the portion of toppings as usual. The second sub also had hard bread, while this had the correct cheese, it had no pickles, and the tomatoes tasted like cleaning supplies. After choking down a quarter of my sub i had to throw it away along with my $40. Would not recommend."

"We decided to try Firehouse Subs after encountering a 30-45 minute wait at Chili's and a 45-minute to one-hour wait at Olive Garden. Since we had never eaten at Firehouse before, we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in and were warmly greeted. When we mentioned it was our first visit, the staff took the time to walk us through the menu. Their friendliness and helpfulness made a great impression. I would definitely return and hope that all Firehouse Subs locations provide the same level of courtesy. Thank you, Josh and your team, at the Cerrillos Rd location!"
