"I called ahead to inquire about their chicken soup and was informed that they had it available. I placed an order for a large chicken soup and a small side of white rice. When I went to pick it up, I was shocked to see the total was $23.00. I asked the employee why it was so expensive, and they explained that the soup contained fowl. I was quite frustrated that this detail wasn't mentioned when I called, as there is a significant difference between chicken and fowl. Furthermore, I wasn’t told that the soup already came with rice, which is why I ordered it as a side. I suggested they provide clearer information to customers in the future. Once I got home, I found that there wasn't a single piece of fowl in the soup. I had intended to give it to my elderly mother, who enjoys fowl, but I couldn't do that. It felt like my order was intentionally shortchanged because I had questioned the pricing. I was very disappointed and will not be coming back to this restaurant."
