"My friend and I visited Johnny Rockets yesterday for the first time and the service only met the bare minimum, if that. We were sat quickly, but waited about 15 minutes for our server to even ask for our drink. There were only 3 tables at the time and a simple glass of water while we waited would've been nice. We also noticed that there were complaints from people picking up their to-go orders as the kitchen forgot to make their items. When we were finished with our meals, we had to wait about 30 minutes for our checks/to-go boxes, which we only got because one of the bar backs could tell that we were tired of waiting. It's pretty appalling that the burgers don't come with a side of fries, but my friend and I decided to split an order of fries. Now to the absolue horror of the food... I ended up getting food poisoning from my meal and I had the smoke house double beef burger. I've never had food poisoning in my life, but about an hour afterwards, I began throwing up on/off until the next morning. The beef and/or bacon was definitely contaminated because my friend had a turkey burger and felt fine. The restaurant itself was cute, although the booths were quite sticky. Also noticed that they didn't clean off the booth next to us and sat a couple. They had to clean the table off themselves. I'm glad I finally tried out Johnny Rockets cause I won't be back."
