"I like this place. Its a small little hispanic grocery store with a good assortment of Mexican candies and pan dulce, some that I used to eat in my childhood. The cashier lady its really sweet and helpful. They have a few fresh fruits and veggies, likepeppers, pineapple and avocados, plus a few more things like cheeses (oaxaca and queso fresco) and flan and pudding cups withjello squares and drinks. The back of the store is a little restaurant. My sister raved about their tacos, so I had lengua andsteak, along with rice and beans. The rice was like normal rice from hispanic restaurants, and very good. The beans werefantastic. Ive never had refired beans from a restaurant. They were well seasoned with different flavors and had peppers andother veggies in them. The tacos were also exceptional. The lengua was nice and tender and the steak was seasoned to perfection. The only thing is that you may have to ask for more lime wedges or buy them in the store section becauae they only give you onewedge, and they could cut the tastebuds off of the lengua, since its a but weird to keep it on. Otherwise, My new favorite tacospot when I go to newark!"
