"Tonight, my partner and I were desperately craving Wingstop. The one closest to us was closed, so we searched online and saw that this location was open until 1am. It took us 30 minutes to get there, we arrived around 12:20am and there were about 5 customers inside. I walked up to the cashier/server (his name is Jose) and was about to order, but he stated they were no longer cooking.....I thought to myself that they wanted to wrap up earlier than closing....which felt unfair. I showed Jose that on google it says they are open until 1am. I also pointed out that their OPEN sign was on...he walked to the switch to turn it off and said the kitchen was no longer open for orders... So, I left. I opened the doordash app while in the parking lot, and noticed this same wingstop was accepting orders?? So, I placed an order from the same Wingstop, on doordash. When I went to pick up my order, 2 other customers came in and ordered food. Which Jose gave to them without a problem. My partner was pretty unhappy that the cashier (Jose) had an attitude with me and was very inconsiderate and didnt allow me to order. So, she walked in with me to pick up the order. When he gave us our order, my partner voiced her dissatisfaction with how he handled the situation and he quickly became frantic and erratic. He was raising his voice and acting very unusual. He needed to be reminded that he was at work and needed to compose himself. His manager, who we spoke with stated he has an attitude problem, and asked him go home. I would personally stay away from this location if customer service means anything to you because it certainly doesn't exist here."

"This is not an indictment of the staff but the management team and their training, they can 't seem to get more than three people working at one time for this location. It takes minimum 50 minutes to get an order even if it 's small order, I once waited for over 90 minutes for my order. I constantly had to ask how much longer usually being told it 'll be ready in 10 minutes or there is one/two orders in front of you despite my food not being ready anytime soon. What makes it frustrating is that during the waiting time people will come back with wrong/incorrect items which adds to the delays. Management needs to get their stuff together."

"I rarely leave reviews because I always forget haha but this place rocks! The food was so good and the service was a 10/10. One of the employees, I think her name was Jennifer if i’m not mistaken was so nice and friendly. She was very helpful with recommending her favorites from the menu. She did not disappoint, all the recs were great. We will be back. Parking: Parking was exceptional. Right next to a Costco with plenty of space for people to park their cars."

"Upon entering the establishment I noticed there's a good bit of things in disarray. It seemed like the staff was shorthanded possibly and the dining area filthy. Once I receive my order I noticed it the fries that I had requested to be well-done extra crispy...no salt... had seasoning on them and we're nowhere near well done. They were actually on the other end of things... the fried were dead and old!!! My Wife and I both get chicken sandwiches which were cold as ice. I cannot understand this because the item should have been fried recently...(you would think) in which it should have retained some heat. Our bund were lightly toasted but for some reason the buns were cold as well. The one good thing that I can say is the order lemon pepper wings my wife received we're not well done like a we requested...but they were hot and tasty. The overall disarray, filthinessof the establishment, plus the order error... we will never visit this business again."

"My wife placed an order on November 19, 2023, at around 2:30 pm. The order was for a small order of Hawaian Wings and 30 mild wings. Picked up the order, came home to find out the 30 wings were plain. My wife called, spoke to Cruz who told her we would have to take the order back for either a refund or a new order. I took the order back and what should have been an easy peaceful solution to keep the customer happy turned into a refusal, shouting, speaking to someone who identified herself as the manager, more arguing, big scene in front of customers only to have the order remade. When I got the order only half the order was in the bag. I had to go off once again for the rest. What really got me upset is that a Filipino customer asked Cruz for my original order and he gave it to him, check the video for proof (sometime around 4:00). Who in the hell asks for food in the first place but even worst what kind of company puts customers at risk by giving away food that was returned. This is the third incident with this location, bunch of Morons. Why would someone drive twice, waste gas, and miss a good football game to attempt to get free wings. Why would a company let a customer get all upset in front of customers in a low rating store instead of resolving the issue.Should anyone in the company have any questions. Feel free to message me."

"HIGHLY DISSATISFIED with this location … I have this location chance after a chance after chance … only to be disappointed time after time again. "I stopped in here for a quick meal. I got six bone in mango habanero wings with no meal. The wings were great, but some of them had an odd bone sticking out of the wing. Not sure if that?s normal, but it wasn?t too big of the problem. The sauce was spicyand tasty, so I?m glad about that. My only complaints are the 6 piece meal comes with 1 dipping sauce and the other stuffed,but when I asked I was told it was a whole dollar for a dipping sauce and it?s only included in the meal. I said no thank you.That?s my main complaint. A ramekin of ranch shouldn?t be 1 dollar. It?s like 3 oz if that. Other minor issues I had was thedining room having no trash can which was weird, but maybe your meant to leave your trash on the table. The bathroom had a pushtimed nozzle instead of a knob where you can keep the water running. Wings are messy and those push for water sinks are dumb."

"Ok, so I get home and dig in to my Louisiana Voodoo Fries. They have a kick, my tongue starts burning and then my lips. But as I go for my second forkful, I see an abundance of seasoning in the side of the container, not in the fries. So I move the fries a little and see even more seasoning. I did not ask for extra seasoning, just the regular amount. It seems someon either got too excited or these aren't my fries. I don't recall them ever being this hot in the past. But I've never ordered them from this particular location/state. I can't even eat them, they are too hot. Anyway, I took a couple pictures. Our fries are cut fresh from Idaho potatoes, in every restaurant. Served with cheese sauce, ranch, and our signature Cajun seasoning."

"Since I'm sitting here waiting for my food do a review i say ... I have been coming here for a while now . Food is always good to me and my fam . I actually have never had a bad piece or taste of wings or tenders to be honest . Fries are a hit and miss for me but i never really get them unless they come with combo . I love mango habanero Spicy Korean Hawaiian Sauce for my wings . If you coming a little later as i did almost 9pm it was about a 20-25 min wait to get food . I live close by so dropped fam off and then picked it up. . This location seems to busy towards the evenings i noticed. Lots of Uber eats and DoorDash orders plus your walk ins. Store is fairly small and for most part fairly clean. They do have outdoor seating as well . I hope this helps Enjoy !"

"Tried out this wingstop with a take out order scheduled ahead of time. Ordered the boneless wings special online and WOW. First off—20 juicy, good white meat boneless wings, a giant serving of perfectly crispy seasoned fries, and 2 filled to the brim ranch containers for less than $18??—Incredible deal. "So, I LOVE hot wings. I've tried many different wing places, but I don't think that I've been anywhere that has the same quality as this wingstop. Every time I've come in, I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile, no matter how busy. It's rare to find a restaurant where EVERYONE has A+ customer service. Chelby and TJ are the two people I usually see up front, and they're always absolutely fantastic. Quick to help, I wouldve LOVED to have had employees like them when I managed restaurants. Rena is also another fantastic employee here. At other restaurants I've worked/been, you can always tell when employees don't like eachother. At this location, I don't see any discomfort, it really seems like family. Ray and Jerezy are quick to provide quality wings in the best flavors. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Handcut fries are always fresh and delicious, wings are always fresh and juicy, and the staff is always great at communicating wait times for wings, as well as if there are any delays after ordering. Any DM would be proud to have this store in their District!"

"When Wingstop first opened, I was a cook and we were able to get orders out in 20 minutes or less. However, in the past 6 months, I have noticed that orders are now taking over an hour. The app and cashiers are telling customers to expect a 30-minute wait time, but once orders are placed, they keep extending the wait by 20 minutes, then another 10, and so on. If you try to cancel your order, they say it needs to be sent to corporate for approval, which can take up to 7 days to process. I will not be returning to this location again. Although I love Wingstop, the service here has become unacceptable."

"The food was good. My wings were over cooked and a little crunchy but flavor was good. My wife's food was good she didn't have any issues with hers. Our 2nd visit was on 9-07-22 We had called earlier to speak with a manager because our wings were overcooked and dry when we came here yesterday for our 1st experience with this establishment. Our opinion was drastically changed today with the respectful and egar way the manager fixed our order. He was very respectful to my wife. Today the restaurant was in much better condition with clean tables and clean floors. They replaced not only the stuff that was over cooked but the entire order all the way down to the dipping sauce. "Ordered 15 wings+fries+coke tonight, got 12 wings+fries+coke for $25. Called back and they wanted me to drive back from Verdi to get my three missing wings. They told me it wasn't their fault I lived so far away. Bullshit. I asked them to remake the entire order which they begrudgingly did to make up for me having to drive all the way back because they dont have their **** together. Its either that or they're deliberately ripping people off by shorting their orders. I wasnt the only disgruntled customer tonight, when i was waiting for my order, a guy came back in who was missing $20 worth of food, they treated him like **** too, which should have been my first warning. I got back to the restaurant and they gave me a hard time about having requested they remake the entire order, so I just threw all the food in the trash when I got home because I was sure they had messed with the 2nd order based upon how they acted upon my return. This place is shady, I used to order here all the time, I'll never go back after my experience tonight."

"This review is based on when we ate here a while ago. it's been a while because we kind of got fed up with the quality of our food and the inaccuracies of our orders as well. we would pay a decent amount of money but would sometimes only get half our order, forcing us to have to get a refund or compensation with DoorDash. The drinks tasted off a lot of the time as well. not like soda at all. like I said, I haven't eaten here recently so hopefully a lot has changed for the better. "I do door dash and I have accepted multiple wing stop orders just the branch in general this location is ridiculous rude . Because they always seem to be closing at 9? When the website says 12. So I wouldn't recommend ordering after 8 because they won't feel like it and try and give you a reason to not do it or they say I guess I can all annoyed."
