"I thought we could eat in the dining room, and we weren't told that we couldn't, but our order was brought to our table as a to-go order. That is why only 4 stars. I would have preferred to eat the food while hot and fresh. However, the wings are large and meaty and the fries are awesome. The Cajun wings were spicy with rub, but could have used a little more sauce. Next time I am trying the hottest wings. Cajun was 4 out of 5 in their heat scale, I'm hoping the 5 of 5 heat scale is MUCH hotter."

I ordered the Louisiana rub wings with bones, boneless lemon pepper wings, and lightly spicy chicken tenders. They were all delicious! The meat was tender and juicy, and they got our order right. I will definitely be returning!

Wing Stop was disappointing. I ordered online and picked up quickly, but the food was not good. The wings were not crispy and the corn was old and chewy. I usually like the Cajun corn, but this time it was horrible. I will try a different Wing Stop in Reno next time.

This restaurant does a great job. The wings are outstanding every time. My favorite are the Korean-inspired. The staff is mostly friendly. I gave 4 stars since operations has a few problems once in a while (order not exact, slow sometimes, etc. but they are always willing to make things right. Recommended. View menu

We were instructed to arrive at 11am to pick up our phone order. We arrived on time, only to be told that we were late and our order had been ready for a while. The food was cold and the wings were dry and under sauced. This has happened multiple times with both phone and online orders, so we are done with Wingstop.

This restaurant is excellent and super friendly. They provide fast service and offer both carryout and delivery options during the COVID pandemic. The wings were delicious and generously sized, and ordering online was a breeze. It seems like a wonderful spot to dine in once COVID restrictions are lifted. I would absolutely order from them again.

this place sucks. they have the ability to make some good food, but the owner does not auto for the quality. I've been here for 8 years and I don't know why I'm making it disappointing every time. the kerl in the back cooks everything that is the exact opposite of what you want. I'm asking for good riders and he's not sending them to me. I do not recommend this place. View menu

21. sept. 2022, 10:56 clock. it is an online order and I went to the shop to pick up. no customer in charge except me. I waited three minutes before someone showed up. I needed a drink without ice, but the one who had given me had ice. I asked for a exchange. she said no, because I already made it. after many negotiations she let me drink again. then she went back in and laughed and talked to her staff in the kitchen.

My experience at the restaurant today was exceptional. I ordered 20 wings with three different flavors: Cajun, Garlic Parmesan, and Louisiana Rub. I particularly enjoyed the Louisiana Rub flavor. The service was wonderful, Cierra greeted me promptly and was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. She has a great attitude and is a valuable asset to the restaurant. I give them an A+ rating and will definitely be returning as frequently as I can.

"Last night I experienced the most unscrupulous experience I have ever had with a restaurant with the service at the Wok. I am so offended by their actions; I can say we are honestly done with visiting the restaurant in the future. I’ll start with we have been getting dinner on our way out of town every month or so from the Wok for years. Their food is generally very good, but we have had a few times where the food missed the mark. Everyone has an off day so we keep going back, until last night. Their online ordering did not work, so my wife called in an order while I was driving through Reno and I stopped by to pick it up. There was a little confusion when I arrived as they ahad three to go orders on the counter. It seemed they worked everything out and I paid for the order and left to head home. Twelve minutes later I get a call. It’s the Wok and they tell me they had given me the wrong order and asked if I could return. The employee apologized profusely and since we wanted what we ordered, I went back. I arrived at the restaurant and took the order they had provided back in and they checked the bags. The cashier told me she charged me the wrong amount as she had rung up the wrong order. I asked what the difference was (first bill was $63.00 for four entrees and some potstickers) and was told the new total was $94.00. The last order we had was for the same items and was just under $70, so $94 was a shock. The cashier told me she had told my wife the wrong amount and apologized. She also offered a $10 discount. I paid the bill and said I would wait for our food. Much to my shock, I watched them empty the items they had given me, place it on the counter and everything was what we ordered. One entrée had spilled when they took it out and they quickly put it in another bag and then with a big smile handed me the items I already had. I said, “so my order was correct but the amount you charged was wrong?” I asked why did you lied to me to get me to come back. I was told that I would not have paid if they did not lie about why I needed to come back. I was incredulous and decided the best thing to do was to just leave. So, 35 minutes after I left the first time, I was on my way again. Once I got home, II asked my wife what the total was that they provided when she called in the order. She said they specifically told her they did not have a total and I would provide that to me when I picked up the food. Yet another lie. I tallied up my items and came up with a total of $68.75, certainly less than what I originally paid, but clearly not the $94.00 they tried to charge. So tonight, I called and ordered the same items and was told the order would be $76.57, yet a different amount. I promptly told them no thank you. Most restaurants would honor their mistake. With that said, if they called and told me I paid the wrong amount, I would have made it right. But instead, they lied to me, clearly tried to overcharge me and then gave me a discount that was still more than the price for the same food 24 hours later. Their actions were inappropriate, uncalled for and unscrupulous. Over the last year, we visited this restaurant 10 times, but last night was the last time they get any business from us."
