Amazing wings to order fries fresh. Ranch is also really good. I have the Cajun, perfect kind of heat to taste.

The wings themselves are a 5 star rating but the service is really low. The staff means well but aren’t helpful or considerate of the customers needs. Many items missed on my orders and you’ll need to ask multiple times for any silverware, ketchup, etc. There are no trash cans in the restaurant itself. View menu

Nothing like being on hold for 10+ minutes and then pulling up to an empty restaurant with the workers outside smoking and on the phone. I stayed on hold the entire drive to the restaurant, ordered my food, and then they finally picked up the phone again. I’m not one to complain usually because at the end of the day it’s fast food but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Wing Stop is by far my favorite flying place, and the lemon peppers are a favorite at all times. 3 stars because this situation has been quite bad for a few years. Orders are consistently wrong or missing items. If I can enter and order, I always use the door so that their support can fix the problems. The local store was not ready to reimburse for missing items in the past.

If you want under done fries, be sure to check the box on the online order for extra crispy. If you want no seasoning on your fries, also just select extra seasoning. If you want to be ignored and have to greet yourself when you walk in, you have found the place. This wing stop is the absolute worst in Arkansas! In my 4 years of living in Conway I have never been pleased when I order from them. They are either too busy to answer their phones, they have horrible customer service, or the food is different. Today I got these fries and these might as well not even be fries. It’s like half a potato. I’ve gone to the Jacksonville and NLR wing stop plenty of times and never had any problems like this. Their food was always great!

Waited nearly 30 minutes for our order after it taking around ten minutes for them to take the order as the cashier seemed distant and confused the whole time. We were doing dine in and it was only me, my wife and our friends a married couple) that placed a separate order in the whole place. Our friends received there order within 10 minutes. They were not that busy but service was lacking except on the part of whom I assume was the manager. I will say the food was well prepared even though they seemed to have forgotten we were in store and bagged it as a to go order then dumped it into trays for in store dining. Honestly the only issue is orderliness and keeping track of orders.

Upon entering the establishment I noticed there's a good bit of things in disarray. It seemed like the staff was shorthanded possibly and the dining area filthy. Once I receive my order I noticed it the fries that I had requested to be well-done extra crispy...no salt... had seasoning on them and we're nowhere near well done. They were actually on the other end of things... the fried were dead and old!!! My Wife and I both get chicken sandwiches which were cold as ice. I cannot understand this because the item should have been fried recently...(you would think) in which it should have retained some heat. Our bund were lightly toasted but for some reason the buns were cold as well. The one go... View menu
