"On April 22, 2005, our company reserved a room at the Bowling Green facility starting at 7:30 am. However, when we arrived that morning, no one was there to let our group in, leaving us to stand outside in the rain. We ultimately decided to go to another location. As the Admin Assistant at Logan Aluminum, I made all the reservations for our company. That day, I spoke with the manager, who assured me that we would receive 28 coupons for the inconvenience. My group waited two weeks but received nothing. I followed up and spoke with the regional manager, who promised that the coupons would be sent. Just last week, I spoke with an employee at Bowling Green, asking if the manager could return my call after finishing his work on some equipment. It is now June 20, and we have heard nothing from the restaurant in Bowling Green. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to improve the service we receive."
