"I struggled between giving this restaurant a 2 or 3-star rating, but ultimately, the quality and flavor of the meat led me to settle on a 2-star review. The brisket appeared moist on the outside, suggesting it had been slow-cooked in broth. However, upon tasting it, I was disappointed to find it was much drier than expected. The chopped brisket also lacked a good bark, resulting in a very subtle smoky flavor. I believe slicing it rather than chopping it could have made a difference. Similarly, the pork was dry and also lacked bark. Overall, paying $24 for a two-meat plate of this quality feels excessive. While I did enjoy the fries and cornbread, they weren't enough to make up for the shortcomings of the meal. Additionally, be careful when leaving the parking lot, as it's easy to get your vehicle stuck there."
