"The service at this restaurant was frustratingly slow, and they ran out of pretzels during a busy period. I had a craving for pretzel bites, but was told it would take 25 to 30 minutes to make them. Meanwhile, I noticed they had some ready, but they couldn't sell them to me because they were reserved for another location. I asked for three salted pretzels, but could only get one. They had unsalted pretzels available, and when I inquired about getting them salted, the staff looked at me as if I had two heads. The prices are high, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. Additionally, one of the women working there had her hair hanging in front of her face, which could potentially come into contact with someone’s food—definitely not sanitary."
