"If you want to dine in, they aren 't equipped for that. They required that I use the Self Serve Order kiosk because they were apparently counting the money in the ONLY CASH DRAWER they have inside. So I placed my order myself, paid for it, got myreceipt and proceeded to wait 30 minutes for them to bring me my food. During that time they processed 26 cars in thedrive-thru. When my food arrived they called my name and unceremoniously dumped the bag on the counter and walked away. So Iasked if I could have the drink cups and they said did you order drinks? I said I got two combos. They said 'you have to askfor those '. So they gave me two large drinks cups. I said one of the drinks was a mango freeze, which is not available outhere in the self-serve area. They took one cup back, and returned with a medium size mango freeze. It is obvious they have noidea what I ordered, and no intention of dealing with somebody who had the audacity to come INSIDE the building. I 've recentlybeen asked to sign a petition for fast food workers to earn $22 an hour. Considering how much I had to do on my own, I would saythey 'd have to share at least 50% of that with me. I will not be going back. Next time I get a craving for tacos, this isBakersfield. there 's a billion other places to get them. Oh, one last thing. This was the SECOND Taco Bell I went to that hourbecause the first one had no counter people, also required me to use the kiosk, and the kiosk would only allow me to choose dietPepsi, or punch flavored Gatorade to go with my combo. While attempting to get this resolved it was obvious that I wasinterrupting them so I left and went to this store. SOOO DONE."

"I had the most disturbing experience at the location on the corner of Placentia Ave/Yorba Linda Blvd. In the city of Fullerton (bordering Placentia). I dropped by there on a break from a class I was taking. The parking lot was empty and I accidentallypulled into one of a number of mobile order parking spaces that were unoccupied. I was only ordering a bean burrito to go sodidn 't think it would be a problem. The manager saw me and gave me a filthy look. He followed me in. I went to the cashregister. A sweet employee greeted me with a smile and was about to ring me up. She was signaled by this nasty manager to tellme I must use the kiosk to place my order. Uhh, seriously?? Okay, then.... I didn 't say a word, I was completely agreeable. There was a woman waiting for her food making comments like so much for customer service . So, I fiddle with the kiosk. Iadded sour cream and tomatoes to my burrito for another $1.15. Added my hot sauce packets from the screen. Paid with my card. The manager who was just outside and followed me in wanted to touch MY food! He hands me a small bag with no sauce inside. Iget to my destination a couple of miles away, the burrito is ice cold. The beans are not Taco Bell beans...they are like theworst can beans EVER!! The few strands of cheese are hard, there is no sour cream. Who knows what else he did to that burrito? He was super creepy! I 'm sure there have been tons of complaints about this guy. Never will I give this location business EVERagain!!"
