"Kennedy's used to be a great place to go and get good service, good pub food and great beer. They still have the great beer, but the customer service is dismal and the food, if you can get it, has gone down hill. We tried it twice over a month in late 2017. The first time was a Saturday night. It was not very crowded, but we could not get someone to take our drink order and we were sitting at the bar. The bartender was too busy flirting with some men at the other end of the bar. We ended up leaving after over 20 minutes of trying to order a drink. The second time, we went on a Sunday afternoon to watch football and have some drinks and snacks. We ordered a drink and tried to order food, but the cook had not arrived even though it was a half hour after opening. We were told it could be up to another hour before he arrived. The owner was on site briefly to pick up money. We approached her about not having any food, but her attitude was totally flippant. She really didn't care that customers were upset and made it very clear she was just there to get money from the register. It was really disappointing to see a good neighborhood hangout go downhill and even more disappointing that the owner clearly cared more about cash than customer service. Kennedy's is no longer on our list of places to go."
