Abuelita's - Menu

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The menu changes every day, but they always have classic options like tacos. The staff is friendly, and the place is kept very clean. I would highly recommend it if you’re nearby.

I was born and raised in the Philippines and this place tastes more like home than any other restaurant in all of Richmond. The pork+potato and the cactus stews are amazing. The customer service is also amazing. Don't put off coming here.

The food was so tasty. The place looked new and clean. There were plenty of customers. A place to go again. They did forget to put the pico de gallo i bought in my to go bag so that was disappointing. I was looking forward to it and did not know itwasn't there til I reached my destination. View menu

The food was incredibly tasty, and the restaurant had a fresh and tidy look. There were many customers, which shows how popular it is. I definitely intend to go back. However, I was disappointed to find out that I had forgotten the pico de gallo I bought; I was looking forward to it and only noticed it was missing when I got home.

Awesome authentic Mexican food in a clean and cute atmosphere with great service. We sampled a variety of the stews, which they rotate, and decided on the chicken tinga and the pork and cactus. Both were delicious and we ordered the plate with rice and beans, which came with tortillas to build your own tacos. We will definitely be back!

A friend recently introduced me to Abuelita's, and I must say, they set a very high standard. I’m now a fan! The food is authentic and delicious, with a rotating selection of stews. Everything is fresh, made with high-quality ingredients. Additionally, the staff is outstanding and very helpful. I’ve dined in and also ordered takeout, both of which were great experiences. There are simply no words to describe this place. I had two random patients telling me about this place and it felt like the universe would send me here. I'm so glad I listened. I'm addicted now. I have the Quesabirra Tacos and they were on the spot! Absolute perfection. You can taste the love these guys put in their food. The salsa bar? the kindness? the cleanliness? I can't say that. This is my new way to the Mexican joint. Love, love, love! And did I mention that they have Ramen Birra?! You don't have to fly to Texas!

Very very nice place. Local spot. It is a rose in a bush of thorns. The area around the restaurant has fallen on hard times. As you drive to the restaurant you see the falling businesses in the area. Then you come upon the Abuelita?s and it is well represented. Clean out side, parking lot well lite and maintained. No one hanging around outside. Once you go inside the restaurant, the staff is quick to greet you and tell how to ordering works. My wife and I had a fantastic meal. The food is hot hot and tasty.
