Amazing friendly staff and great food for a good price. The place was clean and well kept. The only issue it had was with the ketchup. It tasted strange and possibly past its due date. It also seemed like they reused old ketchup bottles because the bottle was old and well used.

During our cross-country trip, we decided to stop for lunch. Although it didn’t seem impressive from the main road, the parking lot located just beyond the building leads to the main entrance. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Inside, it has a charming and cozy atmosphere. We would definitely eat here again! View menu

I had the pleasure of dining here twice during a recent hunting trip to Hill City, and I will certainly return when I'm in the area again. The menu is fantastic, the prices are reasonable, the service is friendly, and the local atmosphere is charming. The portions were generous, and the food was delicious. We truly enjoyed our meals!

The food was excellent, as usual. However, I found the owner's behavior towards her staff to be quite rude, which really detracted from my experience. The employees always put in a tremendous effort and provide great service to the customers. One evening, I witnessed the owner yelling at her workers through the window for everyone in the restaurant to hear, all while they were busy attending to diners. I consider that very unprofessional and felt sympathetic towards the waitresses and staff who were being treated that way.

The country-fried bacon was quite delicious—thick, lean bacon coated in batter, fried to a crispy perfection, and served with gravy for dipping. I'm glad I had the chance to try it, but I probably wouldn't order it again. For my main course, I had the fried bone-in pork chops. It came with two hand-breaded pork chops, accompanied by a salad, a roll, gravy, and a choice of two sides, all for just $10.99! The prices on the menu were very reasonable. The breading on the chops was golden and crispy, and it tasted fantastic. I have a feeling their chicken-fried steak would be amazing. View menu
