"The food is different now. Doesn't look fresh. It was just reheated. No soup, no fries. Potatoes looked old. Side dishes seemed to be seating too long. I also didn't like the draft beer. We came for an early dinner at 3 PM and were told that we had to wait 1 hour because the cook was not in yet. It was supposed to be our highlight of the trip to Massachusetts, but it failed miserably. Last time, we were there in 2019 before Covid. It was great then. I used to love this place growing up! The ONLY place I can find alligator meat. I was recently craving them and drove there. The whole place needs a revamp from staff to renovations. There were flies everywhere. After buying our meals we didn't eat it because of what we saw. I hope they don't get closed but I do hope they receive some help with new management. Ordered food from here tonight via Doordash about an hour and a half ago. Just got notified the order was cancelled by the store. That would’ve been nice to know an hour ago. Also like you’re out of everything I ordered? No explanation from the store. I live right across the street and decided to call them directly to see if maybe they were just out of one, two things, or if I could even pick it up. Called 2 times no answer.
