The staff here are very friendly, and while the service can be a bit slow, they pay great attention to detail and rarely make mistakes with orders. I highly recommend visiting this Dunkin'.

You really can not go wrong with Dunkin. The coffee is always done right and the service is always quick. The one time I had a issue I talked to the manager the next time I stopped in and she made it right.

I've come here several times with the drive-thru line extending into the road. Just to make matters worse, they lock the doors for walk-ins. Worst Dunkin' I've ever been at. YOU NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE!! Finally had enough and decided to leave a review.

If you're looking to feel completely overlooked and wonder if you've somehow become a ghost, I recommend stepping into this Dunkin' location (definitely not driving up, as they do take your order there). You'll likely catch a few fleeting glances, but don't expect any actual assistance.

In my years of going to dunkin donuts i can surely say this is one of the finest ones i have ever been to! The service is fast and friendly the prices are low and the coffee is always great. I usually don't do yelp reviews but i think this one really deserves it. The management there makes sure the employees are kind and polite. On weekends i will go out of my way to go to this one. The staff at this Dunkin' is friendly, and the service is quick, even with the heavy foot traffic from college students and workers heading to and from Amherst for coffee and doughnuts. My only tip for visiting during peak hours is to be ready for potential difficulties finding space in the drive-thru line. This location is quite popular among those passing through Sunderland, so the line can fill up quickly.

Kudos to the management for hiring and/or training their staff at this location. They are always polite and friendly and most are very articulate, which is important when communicating through the drive-through system, especially for those of us that are hard of hearing or not native English speakers. I usually get a sincere warm smile from the person who hands me my order (and not being very young and gorgeous, I appreciate that), and one of the staff, JP is very kind to regularly give a compliment or make a cheerful comment which sets a great mood for the rest of my workday. While all Dunkin Donuts are pretty much alike to me, this is the one that I visit most often (nearly every morning), and I 've formed some opinions about it. If you go in the morning, it will be busy, but nearly always quick and efficient. There is usually a manager working, and the servers are polite and perform their jobs well. However, if you go in the afternoon, you have a good chance of running into the slowest worker I have ever come across.
