"I visited the drive-thru with my husband yesterday. The woman who took our payment seemed quite off, as she was bobbing her head and gesturing wildly. When we reached the second window, the other employees were friendly, but it was hard to believe they hadn’t noticed her behavior. We ordered three servings of buffalo nuggets; two of them were correct, but one bag contained cold nuggets with buffalo sauce just splashed on top. To top it off, we discovered that our tea had mold floating in it after we realized it tasted off. I was really disappointed, especially since this is one of my favorite fast food spots."

If I could give them zero stars I would. We had the easiest order. Six sandwiches one onion ring and one sweet tea. We get home and there is only five sandwiches. And they are cold.

I won't be returning! I spent about 10-15 minutes in the drive-thru, and it wasn't even busy. It took 5 minutes just to have my order taken, and then another 10 minutes to receive our food, and all we ordered were two kids' meals! View menu

First off I was the only one on line in the drive thru, ordered food was told to pull up and wait for fries and onion rings waited 20 minutes on top of the 10 minutes I already did just to get cold food and hard onion rings. 2nd time this place is understaffed and takes to long.

Was asked to leave the drive thru, cause we were laughing to hard, when we pulled up. Rude manager wouldn't take our order. Threatened to press trespassing on us ,if we didn't leave. Then even locked the front door, so we couldn't come in to order. Then gave us the middle finger! Unprofessional and rude! All because we were laughing in our car!!

"I FINALLY have found decent BBQ close to home. These folks know how to create delicious meats that don't have to be coated in sauce to be edible. There is definitely an Oklahoma/Texas feel to the dishes. The brisket is actually sliced brisket and not some shredded or crumbled meat. True BBQ is about the taste of the meat for me. The flavors and smoke are infused into the different meats and really don't need sauce to give you a delicious bite of food. But...if you're a sauce lover, you're still in the right place. The sauce is wonderful! You can't go wrong with any of the sides. They all taste fresh and homemade. The Smokin' Egg Rolls are a must try. Our waitress recommended we try them with a side of cole slaw it was perfect. I was a little leery about the combo of egg rolls and BBQ....but boy was I wrong to be. We got 2 of each type on the menu and they were both equally delicious. The ribs....well, they're as close to perfect as I've ever found in the Midwest. They fall off the bones and are as tender as you could imagine. Then there are the rolls! You have to try them. They are another little bite of heaven in this wonderful place. We drive from Southern Indiana (about 45 mins) to get there and would go more often if we could. The only time I've ever been disappointed is when I showed up on a Monday and didn't realize they were closed! It just made me want that bite more, so we drove back the next day. I hope these guys stick around. I can't recommend a place anymore than I do this one. I have seen a couple of reviews about slow/bad service and I hate that. I've never had that issue and have been there many times and taken several friends. I certainly hope that doesn't continue to be a problem because no matter how good the food is, the service will impact them. However, we have never had a single issue."

"We placed our order around noon and picked it up shortly after. The food was ready right on time, and we didn't have to wait at all. The preparation time was just right, and everything was freshly made and hot. We received a generous portion, which definitely satisfied our hunger. The person who took our order was very friendly and provided clear instructions over the phone. She was thorough in describing the different dishes, which really helped us make our choices. She even called us a few minutes before to confirm our order. We both enjoyed the Burrito dinner, which was delicious and filling. Our food was packed with care, and the containers were neatly arranged. We also appreciated the abundance of napkins and cutlery included. Overall, we had a great meal and look forward to returning soon. Thank you!"

"I ordered a sandwich, two drinks, and six cookies, and my total came to just over $22. When I tried to pay with a $100 bill, they refused to accept it, which was really frustrating since my sandwich had already been prepared. When I inquired about the refusal, they told me to read the sign, but I couldn’t find one. So, I went next door to Kroger to get some change. While I was away, I overheard them making fun of me in front of my son, which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful. I know that employees might need to vent about customers, but doing so openly in front of my child is simply unacceptable. While I understand it's not the staff's fault regarding the policy against $100 bills, their behavior afterward was uncalled for. I was just expressing my frustration. On a positive note, the food was actually quite good."

"I like McDonald's it's always been good for a quick bite to eat. The service is fast and they keep the restaurant clean inside and out. The employees have been very courteous and strive to make sure your order is correct. They follow the recommendations for Covid 19 prevention. This restaurant's food is classic and loved by many of us. Their food is fresh and packaged well and the employees seem to work diligently to make sure of this and the management is always busy overlooking activities and making sure things are going smoothly. They are reasonably priced with their food and service is usually quick. They do stay busy because they are good. Thank you for your time."
