"I ordered a sandwich, two drinks, and six cookies, and my total came to just over $22. When I tried to pay with a $100 bill, they refused to accept it, which was really frustrating since my sandwich had already been prepared. When I inquired about the refusal, they told me to read the sign, but I couldn’t find one. So, I went next door to Kroger to get some change. While I was away, I overheard them making fun of me in front of my son, which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful. I know that employees might need to vent about customers, but doing so openly in front of my child is simply unacceptable. While I understand it's not the staff's fault regarding the policy against $100 bills, their behavior afterward was uncalled for. I was just expressing my frustration. On a positive note, the food was actually quite good."

I ordered a salad, chips, and a cookie, but they forgot the cookie. The salad looked poorly assembled and seemed like it had just a capful of ranch dressing thrown on top. The young staff member was not particularly friendly. I got takeout for lunch and spent between $10 and $20.

They now automatically add a tip to your bill! A tip is a gratuity, something you choose to give, not something that's mandatory! How can they expect customers to pay a tip just for purchasing a sandwich? It wasn't the amount that upset me, but their audacity in requiring a tip for no reason. It was takeout! There was no waiter to tip, and the cashier and kitchen staff were simply doing their jobs for which they are already paid by Subway. Therefore, there should be no tip!
