"This is the only chicken restaurant in America that doesn’t actually serve chicken. I ended up ordering tenders instead. The dining area was filthy; I had to wipe down the table before I could sit down and eat. I also had to remind the staff that I had ordered a drink. The sign advertised Minute Maid lemonade, but I was given a generic lemonade from a gallon jug, which was not what I expected. Overall, this place is terrible—do yourself a favor and skip it."

Chicken is relatively tasteless at this location. Several items have been removed from the menu. Drinks are great. It's the only chicken in town, though.

It was really good today, haven’t been in awhile cause it wasn’t very good there the last couple times. However I’ve been twice in the last 2 weeks and it was great!

This is the most disappointing chicken I've ever had. They never have gizzards available. The tenders taste like fish, or maybe just old grease. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this restaurant. View menu

I wouldn't recommend spending your time at this restaurant. The staff seems to be comprised mostly of teenagers who lack a sense of responsibility when it comes to service. I've waited 20 minutes just for a cup of tea, and on other occasions, I’ve had to wait 30 minutes for chicken.

The seasoning was different from ones in Waco. Not sure if they were short staffed? There was a long line so I sent my son in and they were serving the drive thru first. If I would have know that I should have stayed in the long line it Tom over 15 minutes to get it order from the time he ordered it

"WHAT A FANTASTIC IMPROVEMENT! We decided to return to this location after taking a break for a while. It had really declined due to poor management, but thankfully, the previous manager has been transferred to the Over-The-Rhine location. It’s unfortunate for them but great news for us! The restaurant is now clean, well-organized, and inviting, with lovely displays and adequate stock levels. If you’ve avoided this location over the past year due to its declining quality, it’s definitely worth a visit again. You’re in for a delightful experience! Just be sure to steer clear of the Over-The-Rhine location for now."

"I am very disappointed in my order, I asked for a suppe brot dish and received only one suppe and a small piece of brot. When I called, I was told that I was a liar and this command was never placed. I repeated the order and gave them my reception number from there, which is when he said, oh we don't have broth dishes, but I was never communicated only for something I didn't want. I was told that I can't do anything for you. the customer service was completely terrible and I was treated terrible. I will not come back to spend my money back here."

"I asked to speak with the manager to express my concerns and spoke with their General Manager, Kirk. He mentioned that our server had removed one of the breakfast bar items due to the wait for water but still insisted on charging me $10 for just a scoop of eggs and a couple of pieces of bacon, claiming it was the "best he could do." When I asked if I could discuss it with their District Manager, he told me he couldn't offer any more free food and that no one had informed him that the breakfast bar was empty. He ultimately told me to "just go, it's fine, just go." I would have expected a manager to ensure everything was running smoothly, yet I saw him wandering around the restaurant without ever checking on the breakfast bar. I did reach out to corporate and was informed that it was the restaurant's first day open for dining after being closed for over a year, so they were still trying to get things in order. I've been a customer of Frisch's for my entire life and have always enjoyed their food. This location is the closest to my home, but I will not be returning again."

"Fun sit down wings place. Foods usually good. My only gripe would be slow service. I don 't believe this is the fault of the staff for the most part. I think they 're just understaffed. It looks like servers have larger areas they 're responsible for than most other sit down places, which causes some slowdown. Really only had 1 bad experience there and it was with probably the most lazy server I 've ever seen. She dropped off our dessert and we asked for a second spoon. She responded with when I get a minute then walked towards the kitchen area. The entire time she was just texting on her phone and when reaching the kitchen area, just stood there for like 15 minutes continuing to text. We were one party of 2 out of like maybe 4 other parties at the time. No idea how she was still employed though I 've not seen her again since. Probably still texting in the kitchen... Never got that spoon"
