"I’m giving this restaurant a reluctant 3 out of 5, mainly because our waitress, Amy, was friendly and cheerful. On the flip side, the bald man who brought us our food was quite rude, and unfortunately, our order was incorrect. While the restaurant is popular, I didn’t find the food to be particularly good. The menu options were very limited, though the prices were reasonable. We ordered the mixed plate with enchiladas, flautas, and tacos, but everything was incredibly dry and rather forgettable. The drinks were enjoyable, but you’ll pay a premium for them; the skinny margaritas contained barely any tequila, so I had to order extra shots. Additionally, there were small children running around our table the entire time, which I expected since we were seated at one of the open tables instead of a booth. The atmosphere was also quite unremarkable, with chairs reminiscent of an old diner. There are simply too many better Mexican restaurants out there, even if they might be pricier, so that’s something to consider."

We always have a great time dining here, but the service can be inconsistent at times.

The food is amazing. Service is terrible. You may not see your server for a long time. Alcoholic beverages are watered down

I wish parking wasn’t so tight! Other than that, it’s one of my faves in the city. The green sauce is the best I’ve ever had.

Another Tex-Mex but without the usual never-ending menu. Good twist on classic drink, strong margaritas. Sauces and dips are good. View menu

Food was ok but My car and five others got broken Into and not one of the 4 cameras attached to the restaurant work. (Of course not! Why would they!

My blackberry margarita was bland, and the rim was missing both salt and sugar. The tea was absolutely terrible. The food was decent, but overall, the experience was disappointing.

Great food as always but god forbid their hostess does anything above her basic job requirement even if she’s just standing there with nothing to do. I’d recommend checking out some other really amazing, unique restaurants surrounding this place until management learns how to teach by example and teach/ hire employees willing to go a little above and beyond.

We used the catering service for a birthday party. I live in San Antonio and arranged everything over the phone with the manager named Chris. We ordered the nacho bar for 25 for a specific time, but had to change it on the day of pickup. Chris was helpful and accommodating to make it work. Prior to pick up, I was sent a link where I could pay for the items in advance, and did so. Upon arrival, I drove up and the friendly staff brought all of the items to the car within a minute. The food was fresh, delicious, and all of our guest were very pleased! accommodating to make it work. Prior to pick up, I was sent a link where I could pay for the items in advance, and did so. "Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
