"We were quickly welcomed by the staff, and the atmosphere was inviting. Our waiter, Giorgio F, greeted us promptly, but after that, we felt neglected. We had to request his attention to order a bottle of wine, while other staff members took care of water, bread, and cleaning tables. It was frustrating to see him spend more time chatting with nearby tables than checking in on us; he would make eye contact but then walk away without any acknowledgment. He didn't inquire about our meal, clear any dishes, or offer us more bread. After we finished our meals, we had to ask for the dessert menu and ended up clearing our own table. Our bill totaled $160.20, based on a level of service that would typically earn a tip of $45+, but in this case, it certainly did not. It's worth mentioning that everyone at our table has experience in the food service industry, with half of us still working in it. We left feeling very disappointed. I truly feel sorry for the owner, as this employee's lack of service could lead to greater losses for the restaurant."

"My pictures do the place no justice. The restaurant is a decent size decorated so uniquely with wood and bears cabin feel. They have baby clothes for sale upon entering the restaurant and other items to the right next to the music box. Didn't look right.You also see cake slices and mini pies for sale. I bought the chocolate pie. Still gotta try it. The employees are really nice,welcoming, professional, and accommodating. It gets really busy. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Waited maybe 20minutes for our food. Both waiting times were average for an establishment like this. The prices are a bit higher compared toother surrounding restaurants/diners. But the food is so worth it! Portions are decent and the food is tasty. Even my ArnoldPalmer tasted way better here than other restaurants. The menu is a bit overwhelming because it's like a newspaper. It has abunch of other information that has nothing to do with the food menu. All the writing blends in no color or pictures. They use asymbol next to bigger food items if you are really hungry. I believe they have vegetarian options too and a kids menu. There isa restroom in the restaurant. The place was kept clean. Definitely recommend and definitely am returning. You might not havegood luck with parking because it is small."

"We were warmly greeted by the friendly staff as soon as we arrived. Although we had a 7 PM reservation, we showed up early and were seated within just a few minutes. Our waitress, Emily, provided exceptional service, giving us plenty of time to review the menu and regularly checking in on us. The menu offered an excellent variety, and the tri-tip was incredibly tender and flavorful. Chef Marty even came to our table to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. To top it all off, the dessert was outstanding! We enjoyed the plantains with ice cream, and the beignets were a big hit, especially with the assortment of sauces. Thank you, Chef Marty, Emily, and the entire staff. We will definitely be back!"

"I had a wonderful experience during my visit! The atmosphere is really cool—it's both relaxed and cozy. There’s a photo booth in the arcade area that adds a fun touch. The tables have fire and there are warm lights, creating a nice vibe. The service was excellent; our server was attentive and friendly. The food was amazing! I ordered the vegan breaded chicken sandwich, which I was a bit hesitant about since vegan options can be hit or miss, but it turned out to be very tasty! The fries were also delicious, and I left feeling satisfied. My boyfriend had the smash burger and he found it to be delightful, especially enjoying the double patties. I can't recall which beers we had, but they were good too! Overall, I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!"

"Food is delicious. Waaaaayyy better than competition like Papa John's, Little Ceasers, Dominos, Etc. Looks great inside, service is even better, and food is the best! I never dined in, but that doesn't mean I don't take a second to appreciate the beautiful mural on the wall. Not to mention that they have a open kitchen, and it makes the whole place smell incredible. I don't know how they do it! It's too good. I don't get why some people would rather go to a different place then just go here. In conclusion, the is the BEST pizza place in Murrieta, possibly the best in the county. Thank you, Carini's. You are more than what we deserve."
