"I immediately called Cold Stone and spoke with Latisha, who was incredibly helpful. She took it upon herself to load the cake in her personal vehicle and delivered it to my son within 30 minutes. She even sent me pictures and kept me updated throughout the process. I offered to compensate her for her time and effort, but she graciously declined. It's so rare to encounter someone who goes above and beyond these days, so I want to extend a huge thank you to Latisha! I really hope Cold Stone recognizes what an incredible employee they have in her. She truly saved the day. On a side note, #DoorDash really needs to improve their service. I understand it's challenging to find good employees and nobody is perfect, but they need to take delivery more seriously, especially when it involves someone's meal. Fortunately, everything turned out well in the end!"

I ordered the largest size (the "gotta have it"), but the amount of ice cream I received was no more than what you'd get with a medium size. The ice cream itself is excellent, but I noticed that the portion sizes can be inconsistent.

The ice cream is absolutely amazing! However, I ordered two "Love It" sizes, but only got one "Like It" size and one "Gotta Have It" size instead. Furthermore, both of these orders were meant to come with cones, but we didn’t receive any.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff working tonight! We visited Red Robin to celebrate my son's 9th birthday, but he was really disappointed when they ran out of ice cream and couldn't sing to him because they were short-staffed. So, we decided to give Cold Stone a try. Even though they were super busy, the team took two minutes out of their hectic schedule to stop what they were doing and sing happy birthday to him, making his night special! Thank you all so much!
