The Peanut Butter Cup Perfection was disappointing. I barely found any peanut butter cups in it. I'm not usually one to complain, but paying $15 for this is outrageous—$17.50 with the Dasher tip!

The freezer was out of order, but they still accepted my order. I ended up with three melted ice creams, and there were no toppings or waffle bowls, despite what I had paid for. It was a complete waste of money.

The staff member at Cold Stone Creamery on April 26th around 4 p.m. was an absolute delight. He was incredibly nice, friendly, and professional. He efficiently prepared my order from the menu perfectly and quickly. View menu

The young lady that served me today was excellent. She was very nice and her customer service was great. She was working alone and there was a line of 3 people in front of me and she served us all with grace and attention to detail.

I arrived at the store at 8:40 PM, and according to the hours listed on the door, they’re supposed to stay open until 9:00 PM. However, the doors were locked. It's frustrating to see hours of operation posted if they're not being followed.

I wish the staff would wear name tags so I could identify the rude employee. His attitude makes me hesitant to return. He's the tall, chubby guy with curly hair and glasses who also paints his nails. He's been genuinely rude not only to me but to my kids as well! An ice cream shop should be a fun place for children. View menu

I wasn't quite sure what would pair well with the Blueberry Muffin ice cream, so the staff generously offered me some recommended add-ins on a taster spoon to try. It was a great sales tactic because I ended up purchasing the largest size of that combination! The service was excellent, the ice cream was delicious, and they constantly come up with new creations. Well done, Cold Stone!

I just visited this location with my 2 children and was absolutely shocked to see the way the Manager/Owner treated her staff. She spent our whole visit yelling at her staff member and being disrespectful to her. Not only was she incredibly rude to herown staff but she was terribly rude to us. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone simply because of the horrible,disrespectful attitude of the owner/manager.

I visited this place one summer to enjoy some ice cream, and I was pleasantly surprised. The ice cream flavors and cakes are incredible—rich, stunning, and absolutely delicious. The chocolate fudge I had was fantastic, and I definitely plan to return to try more of their delightful flavors. The customer service is very helpful, and the staff is exceptional, even though they seem quite busy. I look forward to heading back to Cold Stone Creamery on my next visit! View menu
