Normally very good but the apple pie one would be so much better if it had actual apple pieces. Otherwise, Im almost always satisfied.

Workers were fast and attentive. Place was decently clean. Consistent flow of customers as we ate inside and it moved relatively fast. Noticed they were happy to help with questions customers had.

They were extremely busy and the 2 employees were handling it well. I had about a 15-20 min wait. Only issue was, when the chocolate ice cream in the display had run out, they left the new one on the counter to serve from. My order was drippy.

Yummy ice cream. Inside seating and outside. The ice cream is really really good. I think that the place could be more maintained and maybe cleaner. But they are only two people working, doing mostly everything from preparing to cashing out people. View menu

I understand they use standard scoops for the mix-ins, but it feels like sometimes I get an abundance, resulting in a great flavor. Other times, like today, I only got one strawberry and a large piece of cookie dough, making it mostly just plain ice cream.

Rude workers. They talk way too much instead of doing their job. One girl was hella rude trying to say she could only make things on the menu and nothing else when I know that's not true at all. Plus very unprofessional with the language they use especially when little kids are around. The staff definitely needs to be trained on customer service.

Ice cream is good but I would avoid this location if you have any allergies. Very unclean and the cross contamination is unbelievable. I watched the kid working use the same scoop for graham crackers, almonds, coconut, pecans, and marshmallows even though there were separate scoops in each container. There were things scattered across all of the toppings. A real mess. View menu
