Good pizza. Tasted good and was fresh. Of the pizza places I've gone to in the area, this is the best so far for chain pizza places.

The pizza was excellent, but the wait was extremely long. We placed our order during lunchtime and were informed of a 15 minute wait. It actually took nearly 40 minutes to receive our pizza and sub. Service at this location is very slow.

Oh no! I am usually a fan of Cottage Inn, but this time was a disaster. My veggie pizza was extremely soggy, making it impossible to pick up or eat. And to make matters worse, my daughter's pepperoni pizza was supposed to have no sauce, but ended up having a lot of it. Unfortunately, she cannot eat tomatoes. View menu

Highly recommended.
