It was amazing! Our server, Michelle, was truly exceptional—she couldn't have done a better job. The food came out promptly after we placed our order and was cooked to perfection.

The service was okay, but getting hot food at any nearby Cracker Barrel appears to be a challenge. We travel a lot and usually visit various locations. Although the food is generally good, it’s rarely served at a warm temperature. View menu

We visited the restaurant on Sunday night and waited 9 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. In the meantime, we saw four other tables, seated after us, receive their food before we did! Both my dining partner and I had to get up and ask the kitchen for refills. I can understand if the restaurant was busy, but it certainly wasn't. Next time, I'll definitely choose the Gallatin location instead!

We just enjoyed a late breakfast at White House TN, and it was a fantastic experience. The establishment offered excellent food, and the restrooms were very clean. However, the highlight of our visit was our server, Braddock, who was an exceptionally kind young man. Additionally, the manager took the time to ask about my husband's pork allergy before preparing his French toast, which we really appreciated. Thank you to this Cracker Barrel! View menu

I eagerly awaited the Thanksgiving menu this year, having looked forward to it for five years, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. As the dishes arrived, it was immediately evident that there was less food than in previous years. The ham was absent, and the portion sizes for the sides were noticeably smaller. I had to request cranberry sauce, and instead of the usual two slices, it came in a small plastic cup, roughly the size of a butter packet. The hostess, an older woman, was very kind and moved us to a different table so I could charge my phone, as we were visiting from out of state and dealing with car trouble. Our server brought our drinks, but then another server approached us to say that our table had been reassigned to her, and she would now be taking care of us. This left me confused—had we done something to upset the original server? Since we had already placed our food order, it created unnecessary confusion; the new server wasn’t aware of our drink orders or who had ordered what. Goodness what a mess! Passing through the area wanted something better to eat other than fast food. We are not cracker barrel veterans and needed a little time with the menu. The takeout waitress was extremely helpful and kind. Waiting for our food, we browsed the store and ended up picking up a couple items. Our food came out and was presented the bill but when I went to pay I was charged twice what I expected.
