"I do love Firehouse subs! But for some reason, every time I come to this location, they get my order wrong (very wrong). I order an Italian with Grilled Chicken Salad which is word for word what is on the menu. I ask for no tomatoes, add banana peppers, with Italian dressing. The man at the register ended up bringing me out a Hook Ladder Salad with Italian dressing. There were tomatoes still on it with no banana peppers. He also brought out an extra Italian sandwich, which I did not order, but still charged my boyfriend for. Everything was far from what I ordered. I wish I could be listened too properly when I order here!"

Work on your communication skills. And listen you gave me the wrong bread! Greet your customers when they come to the counter instead of ignoring them!

This place is unorganized. They lose orders. They are slow. It took 28 minutes from the time I ordered until I received my one sandwich. Be very cautious.

This restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. The environment was spotless, the staff was friendly, and my Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket was incredibly delicious. I have visited several Firehouse locations, and this one is definitely the best. View menu

Check your sandwich before taking a bite!! I placed an online order, I was shorted a sandwich and also discover a BOLT COOKED INSIDE A SANDWICH! I returned to the store and they refused to reimburse me. Only offered a sandwich card with limited time to use it. We are so lucky it was seen before we took a bite.

This was my first visit, and I am very disappointed. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch sub, which was decent in flavor, but there was hardly anything on it. The tomatoes were missing, and the sandwich itself was so thin that it resembled a panini. For a $10 sandwich, I expected more than just one thin slice of turkey.

I’ve recently started coming here when my partner goes and gets lunch here since he works in the area. I didn’t think I would like it that much but their sandwich is pretty good and their customer service is pretty well! I enjoy the food and so does my partner so we definitely keep firehouse as one of the options when we get lunch together View menu

I really like the people that work here. Still. I will come back because I like the sandwiches. However I wish one of them would just take a cleaning rag around the drink dispenser and napkin area once in awhile so it doesn't look like a trash bomb went off. I don't know Maybe you should pay them a little bit more so they would care a little bit more

I visited the restaurant tonight and had a rather disappointing experience. The person in charge, a girl, seemed to be in a bad mood the entire time and appeared to dislike her job. She was quite unhappy, rude, and easily irritated. When I asked for some extra Italian dressing on the side, this is what I received (see picture). Unfortunately, I haven't used any of it yet, as it's just the small amount they provided. On the bright side, the food tasted fine and the other staff members were friendly. However, I do miss the other girl who used to work there; she made the best sandwiches.

"Wow! These guys really know how to make a fantastic potsticker. We tried the sweet corn, beef, and pork varieties, and they were all amazing. We also ordered the ham fried rice, kimchi, and the daily special – everything was genuinely great. The service was excellent, and you could tell the ingredients were super fresh! The potstickers were so delicious that I regretted only ordering eight! Haha. The outer pastry was crispy on the bottom and edges, while soft on the sides, striking the perfect balance in thickness – not too thick and not so thin that it becomes flimsy. The fillings were tasty as well. We devoured them so quickly that I forgot to take photos! Haha. I believe there's a flavor for everyone; if you're not a fan of corn, you can easily choose something other than the sweet corn. But if you love corn, it's an excellent option. I particularly enjoyed the beef filling. Both dipping sauces were delicious, with the sweet pale sauce being especially delightful with the corn potstickers. The ham fried rice was incredibly flavorful, with perfectly sticky rice and fresh ingredients like ham, carrots, and green beans in generous portions. The daily special we had was delicious slow-cooked pork in a light sauce served on cabbage, but keep in mind that it changes daily, so we will definitely be back to try more! The kimchi had a nice level of spiciness, and the brown color mixed well with the rice. You've got to try this place out! The owner was really friendly, even venting the box of potstickers before serving them to prevent moisture from making them soggy. Such a thoughtful gesture! I can't wait to return soon."
