"I went there once because I had a coupon but was not impressed.the place was stinking of cleaning solution that was way too strong. It smelled like pine sol and infiltrated my lungs and made my stomach turn. I lost my appetite but ended up getting the food to go. It was not that good. It was bland and a normal portion of meat cost extra. It was expensive and I felt like this is very similar to Quiznos, like the meat is steamed or boiled. I prefer Jersey Mikes cheesesteak.There was no one there and they took so long to make a couple of sandwiches."

This was my first time ordering from Firehouse Subs for a work luncheon. Aure and his team did an AMAZING job catering for us. The sandwich trays offered lots of fresh sandwich options and at very responsible prices. Delivery was on time and without ANY problems. Thanks again for going above and beyond for us and making our lunch perfect!

I want to share my experience regarding the service at this restaurant. There was a staff member who never greeted us or engaged in conversation. When I said hello, the only response I got was, "What do you want?" At 8:20 PM, I ordered some combos and asked for iced tea, only to be told they had run out because they close at 9 PM. I understand they’re preparing to close, but it was still only 8:20 PM.

This is my favorite Firehouse location. The staff here is consistently fast, friendly, and welcoming. They make an effort to remember the names and orders of regular customers, creating a wonderful atmosphere. My favorite is the Hook Ladder sub, which is always delicious. The food is served quickly, accurately, and just as I ordered it. The facility is also extremely clean. I highly recommend this place! View menu

Stopped in and ordered sandwiches to be ready in half an hour while I shopped at a nearby store. They said okay. Came back an hour later, and the sandwiches still weren 't ready. Had to wait another fifteen minutes, completely defeating the purpose of pre-ordering the sandwiches. Not only were they unapologetic, but I got the ole ' blank oh well look. If you 're looking for friendly and fast service, this isn 't the place. I 'll be going back to and now sticking with the location near First Colony Mall.

I just love this sandwich shop. The managers work as though they're regular employees. Everyone is courteous and kind. The restaurant is very clean and organized. I just love the way they prepare the sandwiches. Hot and full of flavor. So delicious! I found heaven when I first tried Firehouse. In my opinion, no other shop can compete with their flavor or excellence! Everyone should thy them at least once! ????Kid-friendliness: They don't have kid zones for playtime, but kids enjoy eating there with their parents.
