Staff were super nice and very helpful. Had a friendly attitude, though it occupied by a TMobile Tuesdays promotion. They offered an excellent service. I would definitely come back here!

Each experience has been good, food is exceptionally fine each time , ....so far. Better to order in advance as pick it up... sometimes there's a line and they get behind.... slow sometimes in making the sandwiches. They are really nice as far as employees. ;

This restaurant is definitely superior to the one near Target on Tustin. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that they never seem to have my favorite hot sauces, like Endorphin Rush and Mad Dog 357, which they used to carry regularly. My favorite is the Italian sub. However, I just noticed that they’ve received a shipment of hot sauces and now have Endorphin Rush available! I’m excited to upgrade my rating from four stars to five. I've never had a bad experience at this place until today. Make sure to CHECK your Subs before you leave! We ordered four Subs: three Cajuns and a Speck Turkey Ranch. I had to throw mine away because the Cajun chicken was ice-cold—not just slightly cold, but as if it had just come out of the fridge! All three Cajun Subs were the same way. Today was really disappointing, and I'm not sure if I want to return; the quality has really dropped lately. Even the boxes the food came in were filthy! This was a really sloppy and frustrating experience. I can't believe I paid for such a terrible meal.

The hotel is located on the corner of the 17. St. Tustin Ave. next to the coffee bean with a lot of parking. Do not expect a fast service, because it will be a bit and good, good sandwiches are not fast. I went last Saturday at 11 a.m., I paid $14.41 for a medium Smoked Turkey Breast Combo, which includes a drinking bag of chips. The sandwich was super good and satisfying, customer service could be better, but... it's kind of unpleasant if your food is treated and the staff seems disturbed (there was a girl training and she was super beautiful though). The restaurant was clean and organized with outdoor seats.

I?ve never had this type of bad experience at this location ever until today. CHECK your subs before you leave we got four subs 3 Cajuns and one bacon turkeys ranch . I had to literally throw away my sub because the Cajuns chicken was cold! Like freezingcold! Not only was my Cajun sub Cold but all 3 of them were!! I don?t mean cold as it?s been sitting out I mean cold as in justcame out the fridge. Today was disappointing I don?t know if I want to come back this place has been slacking lately. I love the food and the franchise and the whole thing- BUT i walk in to a restaurant that is literally empty and am told by the girl at the front that it will be AT LEAST a 30 minute wait to get a sandwich because somebody called in a 20 sub box last minute Im sorry but isnt it standard policy for companies to require this kind of order a day in advance? And even if its not... the new standard is to basically close your store during lunch and do ONE order while driving away in person customers? There were 4 employees working. Here is an idea- dedicate ONE individual to handle incoming orders and leave the rest of your people working on last minute catering. Somebody managing this place needs...

I dread the thought of taking orders for customers at this restaurant. I can understand the wait for food, but the staff's condescending attitude towards customers is unacceptable. They are young and should not exhibit such behavior. Unfortunately, my experience today was even worse than before. I had to wait an excessive amount of time for my order only to receive a bag of food that was already opened, which felt unhygienic and unsafe. When I asked the staff to seal it, they informed me that it was not their policy to do so. It’s astonishing to experience such poor service. I will probably sink when I am assigned to come here to take orders for customers. I can wait and sympathize with them if I wait a long time for them to make the food, but is the attitude of the staff looking at the customers unacceptable or are they so trained to communicate with customers? They are too young and should not have such a attitude. these were the previous times and today I had a worse experience coming here. I've waited a long time to get my order and they gave me an opened bag of food that looked very unhygienic and insecure. I asked her to close her, but they said we didn't do this here.
