I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, thanks to the excellent customer service. The staff was friendly, and Cathy truly went above and beyond for my family of five. I highly recommend the Fire Brigade!

Firehouse is my favorite place for subs, but this location has declined with clutter and slow service. I like to sit at the bar by the windows, but today they were covered with boxes. Only 4 customers at noon...? Hmmm...maybe others are seeing what I see. I View menu

We visit multiple times to Firehouse for big delicious sandwiches. You can make your own customized sandwich or choose one of their specialty subs. They are the place to go if you?re looking for a sandwich place. Much better than going to Subway or McDonald?s. It?s easy to order online or you can pop in for a quick to go order. Love that a portion of our purchases go towards equipment for first responders. Salads and kids menu are also available.

I visited last night and I noticed that the girl with the very short haircut and piercings was handling the food. She seemed to be in a bad mood while making the sandwiches, which made me uneasy. She was working near where the crumbs from her frustration had gathered, and after touching a dirty cloth, she proceeded to prepare the food without changing her gloves. I ended up throwing away my sandwich and would like a refund due to health concerns regarding this establishment.

Good sandwiches, pretty typical food quality compared with other firehouse locations. Smaller storefront with tight indoor seating area and limited space. Pretty dirty and grimy inside which is disappointing for somewhere that you?d normally want to enjoy eating in a clean environment. The service was so so as the workers were doing their job but nobody was friendly or went out of their way in the customer service department. Like the point of the staff that expires while you place your order and come back to ask you to start. The location is extremely dirty and unkempt on the inside. The seating that would normally not be a problem, but with the tables and floor dirty my going to spit would be the bar-style sitting on the windows and even that is generally unclean. Honestly, I am very disappointed. I have not been to this location in over a year, and something certainly changed....be it management, employees or ownership. The employees did not greet me and I waited around for someone to take my order. A younger man came out and took my order but acted like I was a nuisance, as I was redeeming my birthday sub. As a customer who worked in the service industry before, I find it disturbing that no one has mentioned this before and corrected the action. I understand that employees are hard to find right now but employees that don't care are worse than having no staff, at least then you would have a valid excuse for lack of service.
