Great burger, haven’t had a 5 guys in a while and forgot how good it was.

One of the fastest services I've experienced! The staff is polite, and the food is consistently excellent.

I love the veggie sandwich they have but I do wish they had an option to have non peanut oil fries. A lot of people are allergic to peanuts.

Had a burger with an extra patty and a large fries tonight. Overall excellent burger with real meat cooked to order, not pre-prepared as happens elsewhere, a bit of relish and real salad. The large fries was indeed large with the peel left on (my preference) made from real potatoes, no precuts and not salted to death. Everything was just right. Pleasant staff with extra kudo's to Leslie for being so upbeat. Oh, and Pink Floyd on the speakers when we entered!

Very disappointing! We went to Five Guys to have a Milkshake with burger and fries. There is no milkshake anymore! : I'm addition, we didn't get any customisation of our burgers forgot by service guy? . Fries, burger and hotdogs were quite good butnot awesome, for sure! Drink machine was not working properly : no flavour in the few drinks available. Ground very slippery. Amachine was beeping every 2 seconds during our lunch. We left this fast food to avoid headache. As I looked at the menu behind the friendly server, I noticed there were so many toppings to choose from for my burger. He patiently encouraged me to take my time, and the atmosphere was lively yet relaxing. I selected the perfect combination of toppings, and the cheeseburger was incredibly satisfying: a delightful mix of pickles, grilled onions, sautéed peppers, tangy ketchup, mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomato, all piled on perfectly cooked spiced beef, topped with creamy American cheese and nestled in a soft, fresh bun. I highly recommend enjoying Five Guys in Manhattan!

Already overpriced, but even worse when you pay for a bacon cheeseburger that has no bacon. Ordered the works and didn?t get that either. Don 't order the veggie sandwich. It 's just some small, flavorless mushrooms and a few very thin slices of greenpeppers. Got two tomato slices and some lettuce as the works . No pickles, ketchup, mustard, or anything else. Probably shouldhave just left when the cashier took part of our order, stopped to text, and had to be corrected when he got the first partwrong. Should have realized this would not be a good experience. Won?t be back.

I came to see five guys I was dissatisfied to find only 3 guys and 2 women standing in line, I thought to myself, what could they be in line for? I was as curious as curious George so I stepped in line. I got to the front of the line and the man asked what I wanted, I DEMANDED five guys but he said he only had 4. I had to settle for four. They came out from the back and asked what I wanted. I said I wanted five guys. They force fed me a burger and I chocked and died. They sacrificed my dead body to their ever loving manager. 3/10 only four guys the name is false advertisement. View menu
