Gigi's Cupcakes Gainesville

These are the best cupcakes I've ever tasted! The batter is incredibly soft and fluffy, and it's not overly sweet.

This place is a MUST when you visit Gainsville. These cupcakes are so unique and taste SO good. So delicious and cute!

Both times we've stopped by GiGis the guy behind the counter was super friendly and very informative about all of the cupcakes offered. They were all so good and we make it a point to stop by when in Gainesville.

Our friend ordered a wedding cake and cupcakes for my bride and I. It was all rainbow colors and had a white chocolate Mrs. and Mrs. on top. The cake was beautiful and perfect. I really enjoy their variety of gluten-free cupcakes, though I've definitely expressed that I believe gluten-free red velvet should be included in their options. The staff is consistently outstanding and very helpful. A special shoutout to Emily for being fantastic and for ensuring my forgotten phone was safe in all the excitement!

Stuck in the hospital for 2 weeks here in Gainesville FL. Found Gigi's Cupcakes via a Facebook add and My daughter bought me a couple cupcakes to cheer me up. Chocolate chip cookie dough was incredible! Tasted like cookie dough! Really can't wait to try the coconut one hopefully they will have some made today as I'm sending her back for another moist cupcake treat! Two thumbs way up!

First off, having lived in both Orlando and Jacksonville, I have had Sweet by Holly (winner of cupcake wars) many times...and I will say these are as good, if not even better. I personally think any bad reviews come from bad taste; As these are exceptional! The cake itself has a perfect balance moistness and density...this is not your moms cupcakes! The frosting...oh my! REAL butter cream! Not the fake butter cream you find on supermarket cakes. The right amount of sweetness with the buttery saltiness...perfection!! I picked up a half dozen today, as we tried a Ocala's cupcake shop last week. ...and there was no comparsion! This will be our only place for cupcakes now! View menu
